Is There Hope for the US$?

I went down the financial/monetary rabbit hole again. This time I came across some information that gave me some hope for saving our currency, the US Dollar.

Recent world and national events have made it easy to associate doom with the US Dollar. But Kat is right, there has been a lot of doom going around here at DP and I don't intend to add to that problem. So, the good news is that the US Dollar can live on as a currency, despite its tenuous condition. And the other good news is that in order to save our currency, we will have to reclaim our Constitutional Republic.

Technically, gold will be remonetized for the US Dollar by a "revitalized and modernized Federal Reserve Gold Certificate Ratio", as explained in "Bob's Gold Price Column" on July 7, 2005.

The problem is that there is one missing value in the relatively simle equation that will be used by Foreign Holders of US Government debt to value their debt holdings. The missing value is the amount of gold that the US Government actually possesses. An audit has not been conducted since the 1950s and, coincidentally, a crime family has been controlling our government for at least that long.

So all we really need to do is 1) kick out the criminals that have hijacked our government and 2) reclaim our Constitutional Republic, which will allow the US Dollar to live on indefinitely. It's that simple.
