Does anyone support Ron Paul for some reason other than liberty?

Liberty is nice, but not the reason I support Ron Paul. On the political spectrum, I am what some might call "far right." To me, national self-determination trumps liberty. The reason I support Ron Paul is because he is the only one who is calling out the people in power who are not working in the interest of the American people, and he is the only one who would do something about it.

It Sure Isn't Becasue
he is in the Republican Party .....
party affiliation has absolutely nothing to do with anyone running -
or any reason to vote for somebody -
except those who only vote party allegiance (for whatever good that is)
Only and Always for The Message - The Issues!
Non Intervention Foreign policy was/is huge and running on the Constitution - major!
(which includes everything under that umbrella)
not physical appearance or flowery speeches -
It is because Dr Paul is the real deal ....
thank God he did cure my political apathy.
I also support Ron Paul for
I also support Ron Paul for his moral character and his integrity as a man...The way he puts the American people first before the goverment and how he upholds the Constitution and his knowledge of this country...."It's a shame people didn't get a chance to know him".
"Observe the masses, and do the opposite."
"Observe the masses, and do the opposite."
I also support Ron Paul
I also support Ron Paul because he puts his money where is mouth is. His support of liberty and the Constitution is not a passing fancy with him, his voting record over the years proves his committment to liberty and the Constitution. I also value his personal integrity and lifestyle.

Liberty is the most important reason.
Although I do agree that your position is correct to some extent. I would not want my country run by people who do everything for the benefit of America, but choose to do wrong things for our benefit. For example invade other countries for their resources, tell other people how to live and what to believe. Liberty concerns each of us. It is our assurance that we can live our lives as we wish without the interference of our government or our neighbors as long as we respect them in the same way.
