Michael Badnarik for VP
I voted for Michael Badnarik for President in 2004. He was the Libertarian Party candidate and he was the one who first alerted me to Ron Paul and was the first one I'm aware of who endorsed Ron's candidacy.
My votes would go for
My votes would go for Buchanan or Napolitano, depending on their individual interest in the position and such.
Slight preference for Napolitano... although I REALLY want him to run for Governor of NJ... ;-)

www.iotconline.com stands for...
One of Michael Peroutka's excellent websites, www.iotconline.com stands for Institute On the Constitution, a most excellent teaching program (you can purchase a DVD kit, study guides, etc) on our U.S. Constitution. Not perfect, but very, very good!
I used this kit to teach middle schoolers and went through the teaching program at a local church. It is very appropriate for adults but trust me, there is a lot you either forgot or never learned about the Constitution. There is very, very much I still need to learn about the Constitution and Ron Paul is patiently bringing me up to speed.
Thank you, Dr. Paul!

See www.theamericanview.com and ioticonline.com

He ran for President under the Constitution Pary banner in 2004.
His running mate was Chuck Baldwin of www.chuckbaldwinlive.com, another excellent candidate for VP

Ron Paul running mate
I can already see it, if Ron Paul wins it will be Lou Dobbs.
Last week Dobbs said Ron Paul is the only candidate that interests him.
Please help me list Ron Paul like politicians
on the federal, state (Texas), and local levels
.

.
okay,
Andrew Napolitano-anti-abortion libertarian republican
Chuck Hagel-libertarian-leaning conservative per ontheissues.org and against Iraq war
jeff flake-member of the liberty caucus, against iraq war
barry goldwater, jr.-endorsed ron paul, for limited government
lou dobbs-for gay marriage rights, against iraq war (?)
Karen Kwiatkowski-registered libertarian, against iraq war
Michael Badnarik-libertarian nominee for president 2004
lew rockwell-libertarian commentator/activist
mike gravel-against iraq, ended draft, for legalization of drugs
Gary Johnson-for legalization of drugs
Dennis Kucinich-legalization of drugs, against iraq war, for legalizing same-sex marriage
John Stossel-libertarian journalist
walter williams-libertarian economist, suggested by ron paul
russell means-ardent libertarian
jacob hornberger-libertarian founder of the future of freedom foundation
Ron Paul's Running Mate
Whoever it is must be a dignified strong Constitutionalist. Anything less would detract from the good doctor's credibility. I'm surprised to see Dennis Kucinich, Ralph Nader and Barack Obama suggested, as they are all strongly pro big government.
But I trust Dr. Paul to find just the right person.
Re: ron paul's running mate?
John Stossel.
Would Stossel want to get
Would Stossel want to get into politics? If he did, would he strengthen the campaign?
It needs to be a libertarian (or at least a Buchanan-type conservative) who has an interest in running for office (or can be talked into it).

REAL Conservative for Ron Paul
Michael Anthony Peroutka
He was the 2004 Constitution Party Presidential candidate, and he shares basically the same views of constitutional government as Dr. Paul does. Mr. Peroutka has even endorsed Dr. Paul for President, as seen in the following link:

if
you want to lose by alienating switch democratic voters, then run Buchanan. He's a weird protectionist.
Randy Brogdon
Randy Brogdon, an Oklahoma State Senator. A man of Honor and Courage. Right now he is fighting to stop the NAFTA Superhighway from ever crossing Oklahoma. This is without a doubt the man we want beside Ron Paul. As a team they could not lose. Two men of integrity, honor, and courage.
What about Bay Buchanan?
I was thinking instead of her brother why not Bay Buchanan, wasnt she the former treasury secretary under reagan...i think there is a great irony here if she were vp.
Not to mention she is very experienced and like in the party.
only experienced people have the publicity and talent
The challenge is that politics is not for the faint of heart.
You have to choose from people that have been in this world a while.
I think really Hagel made sense but some people say he has cfr connections, dont know this to be true or not.
Tancredo is friends with Ron but much more into the buzz words of terrorism.
I think the person with the most experience across the board that can debate a vp or sell Ron's speech is really Buchanan....
You have to think that he would pull in the conservative movement very quickly just as Ron pulls in libertarians...
I know every candidate has his or her criticks...but experience counts a whole lot in this business.
I think
Ron/Hagle
Ron/Tancredo
Ron/Buchanan
all would work...the others seem not strong enough as a ticket.
I would suggest a woman who
I would suggest a woman who has done significant work for the environment. What could take the edge off Hillary and democrats more efficient?
Been discussed but take your pick.
Kurt Russel?

But Seriously...
How about Stephen Colbert? Balancing someone who admits he's always serious with someone else who's always silly.
Pat Buchanan
I like Pat Buchanan but there's no doubt that his selection would be controversial because the media loves to demonize him. He's always portrayed as a closet Nazi because he wants a balanced policy in the Middle East that is fair to the Palestinians, rather than always marching in lock step with AIPAC.
Read his magazine The American Conservative. It's the most intelligent magazine of political opinion and commentary I know of.
Colbert!
Colbert!
Who ever it is.
Has to have as much integrity and intelligence as Dr. Paul.
They have to live by the Constitution and not just give it lip service.
They have to have as much understanding of the monetary system as Dr. Paul. This is Not going to be easy. When the time comes I truly believe Dr. Paul will choose someone none of us has ever heard of.
Prepare & Share the Message of Freedom through Positive-Peaceful-Activism.
Politics being what they
Politics being what they are, I think it needs to be someone who will take votes away from Hillary, end of story. Walter Williams would be good for that.
5% of people make things happen
10% of people watch things happen
85% say "What happened?"
I wish Rothbard
was still around
But Lew Rockwell and Andy Nap are great choices.
actually
Rothbard prolly wouldn't accept, but it would still be fun to nominate him.
