does make me look at current events through a Christian's vantage point.

If each generation of Christians truly tarried, as directed by God, we could push back the momentum. If not, we are quickly approaching the NWO (the beast) when that political system doesn't work (wound to the head), the Anti-Christ (anti=instead of Christ) will step in and sit at the throne in Jerusalem. He will be worshipped as the (false) Messiah to Jews, Mohammed to Muslims, Christ to the Christians (esp. Rapturists), as a miracle worker to the atheists, etc. He will make lightening come from the sky, etc.

Think about the Dome, Jerusalem, Israel: all religions under one roof, it all fits together for prophecy to be fulfilled.

This anti-Christ (great deceiver) will promise to take care of the world's people, feed them, clothe them, give them healthcare, a home, and take care of their bills. One little catch, you must worship his image. Most people will jump at the chance to be "secure" slaves and worship a false Christ. Not a good situation when the real Christ returns and finds that his bride has been whoring with the anti-christ.

God even goes so far as to say that people who refuse to hear the truth will be put in a slumber (unable to grasp the truth) and will worship the anti-christ. The anti-christ will reign a maximum of 5 months and the true Christ will return early, before even God's elect will be deceived. I believe not "hearing the truth" is the reason for our lack of success in turning the majority to support Ron Paul.

We are already slaves and the majority seems to be quite content with it.
FRUSTRATING.. That is why I quit attending organized denominational and evangelical churches. They are not warning us about the NWO, anti-christ, etc. They are more concerned with tax exempt status, a job, security for family, insurance, retirement, home, and community status.. Most Christian leaders are not like Chuck Baldwin, Chuck has a backbone..

I study the Bible daily to gain wisdom in regards to the challenges which lie ahead. It is my only true hope for the coming tribulation. I will continue to tarry. Just wish I had more like-minded Christians in my local community.

Pat Robertson and his cronies push the agenda that wants to hasten Armageddon. I don't agree with that. We should always be engaged in the good fight, doing what is right. Whatever happens, will happen, but we know that we will have done the right thing, in the end.
