Constitutionally? It's not up to him!

I just wrote about this -- Constitutionally, neither B.O. nor InSane nor any presidential candidate has the actual power to declare who their Vice President would be.

Yet we Americans are so ingrained to believe that the Presidential candidate gets to "call shotgun" and whoever he says is his running mate is ipso facto the Vice Presidential nominee...

We are supposed to elect our VPs in the same manner as electing our Presidents. Read the post (better yet, read the Constitution itself)

He will not get the nomination.

I think to keep it in the family

maybe Jenna Bush?

Jenna Bush, LOL. Isn't

Jenna Bush, LOL.

Isn't McCain third cousin, of the brother, of the Aunt to Laura Bush.
So technically... It's all good and still in the family.

All one big, extended family

with the same dream. I think I read somewhere she is out and about now giving political words of wisdom, having moved on from her former wild club days. Or, maybe it will be her uncle Jeb.

A spineless RINO

Who cares?

But, Lieberman would at least be there to whisper to McCain what to say...

What was that, FORMER Democrat liberal?

Ha!

very good!

I should have put a comma

I should have put a comma between Democrat and liberal.

He was a Democrat in 2000 running as VP with Al Gore, but he is still a liberal.

If McCain does choose Lieberman, a third party run will have more strength.
Many Repubs I know will definitely vote third party if this happens.
