No one forced her at gun point to check out the books, and she ignored a court citation. Public libraries should be privatized but when people steal property they should be made to pay.
Town libraries lose thousands of dollars every year due to people's lack of duty and morality. If you borrowed something from me, didn't return and ignored court orders, you would end up in jail and you would deserve to be there.
