It's a no brainer ticket that would win 35% plus of the vote!

115 electoral votes
There would be no way that Obama or McCain could win enough electoral votes for the 270 needed, thus Pursuant to the Twelfth Amendment, the House of Representatives is required to go into session "immediately" to vote for President if no candidate for President receives a majority (270 votes) of the 538 possible electoral votes.
In this event, the House of Representatives is limited to choosing from among the three candidates who received the most electoral votes. Each state delegation has a single vote. To be elected, a candidate must receive an absolute majority of state votes (26) in order for that candidate to become the President-elect.
In this case, Paul Ventura could win.
I hope they announce...

Ron Paul could still do it, but in an unconventional way
Face it, there are two directions to the White House for Ron Paul, and yes, both are rather long shots. One, a brokered convention whereby the DVDs4Delegates project somehow delivers enough converts of GOP lugs, or two, he boldly anounces a third party run on the Libertarian Ticket with Ventura as his mate, and goes on to name many other well thought of independent thinkers to be strong cabinet possibilities. Ron Paul has to get very unconventional, and very soon, or he'll soon be an afterthought to the NWO. If he dare reach out and go for the Third Party, I believe he could capture enough disgruntled voters to propel them onward. Frankly, I'm not satisfied with seeing him drift into oblivion without going all the way. The GOP thwarted his every effort. His campaign staff wasn't professional enough to counter their blows, and now, there's only one way to champion the cause, and that's to partner with someone who already is a tough leader, and speaker, (Ventura) and go after the general populace and say to HELL with the GOP! Other than that, he'll be quietly fade away as the wacky libertarian who go 4% of the primariy votes, and the media will paint him as "The guy who Americans obviously were not embracing". They win again, damnit.

I don't care how
I don't know what the real possibilities are. Someone always throws out a reason for anything not working.
Just get him on a ballot, any ol' ballot will do. Please, please, please, Dr. Paul. YOU know how to do it. Get yourself on a ballot, please. You know we will alllllll come together behind you. Please do it.
Yea to hell with the gop
Partly unity is not as important as stopping our whole country from being controlled by idiots. He needs to stand up and help even if it means going against his party

I don't see the support at that level
I know Ventura won, but I don't see many people just dropping their support of M&O. I could see maybe 10-15% at this stage of the race.
Please don't tease me.
This is a dream ticket.
As in fantasy, yes. No
