mikehuckabee.com just removed their running tally!
Submitted by RonPaulRocks1 on Mon, 11/05/2007 - 22:29Listen, I like MIKE...He is my second pick for president. But as long as Dr. Paul is in the running, he is the MAN!
However, mikehuckabee.com just removed their real-time running tally of donations. He raised a million last month, but as of earlier today he was just over 100,000 for November.
Hmmmm... Now why do you think they took it down?? LOL

Don't laugh yet
While I understand RP supporters joy at showing up Huck (and the others) in our fundraisng efforts this joy may not last past the primaries if the vote can be rigged - apparently it can, and is nearly undetectable. I apologize for going off topic but the adjoining thread, "Electronic voter fraud targets Ron Paul" is so vitally important I think it is now the most important battle in this war for liberty. So for the moment enjoy showing up Huckabee but momentum and money is not enough if the vote has already been pre-counted.

ya know
actually my second choice, if he actually meant what he said, was Fred Thompson. There is a news article of Fred Thompson saying that he doubts he will be President. That's not what I want to hear from a candidate and potential future President.

I wasn't too much into Huckabee, that whole 'honor' thing at the debates killed it for me, and it was reinforced when he started talking about a national ban on cigarettes. It got worse when I read up on his tax hikes and use of campaign funds to furnish his home.
This is what taxhike mike is about
ks,
I've removed a couple of posts here because this conversation is getting out of hand. We aren't debating the merits of Ron Paul. If you think he's the second coming, please bring your cause to people off of this board. That isn't being rude, that isn't censoring needlessly, but we have a one track focus on this site to support Mike Huckabee.
Let's focus this thread back onto acknowledging a well done fundraising effort by a rival campaign and ways that we can produce something similar for Mike.
Thanks.

Its Sad
I think the race is the best before those who run out of money must drop out. The debates will be less intresting if Mike indeed does drop out.
You've got to be kidding...
I don't care about the quality of the debates and its "Entertainment value"
I care about getting Ron Paul elected. HUCKA-BOO dropping out, helps. So, good riddance when the time comes.
Don't Laugh at Mike Huckabee
Show some class. This day is about the Doctor and Freedom and that kind of stuff. Not about End Zone dancing and acting like a crowing fool.
The last thing we want to do is act like little brats, especially to a Candidate and his constituents who actually view some critical issues in a very similar manner as do Dr. Paul and a large percentage of his devotees.
very much agree -- WWRPD?
Ron doesn't gloat or sneer, and neither should we. After all, we want the Huckabee lurkers -- and you gotta know they're coming in here, and will increasingly as we gain strength -- to want to join us!! They won't if we're insulting them and their #1 choice. Info is fair game, but insults are bad form. Even calling him Huckster is over the line IMO (although it's hard to resist, heh).
Golden rule rules.

What is begun in anger, ends in shame.
they're bumbed about it too
they are not too happy it was taken down, they arent very realistic about fundraising either, asking people to donate $5 here and there, they're going nowhere fast. they've been talking about us and i must say they are in a kind of shock at our success.they take alot of pride in the standings in the polls but too cheap to put money in the campaign. what they really lack is our imagination, our drive, our grassroots support and most of all, our message.we know the polls are not scientific and seriously flawed and they think we are jealous of the numbers of the polls, hillarious! we know where we stand because we dont believe msm.
HAHAHAHAHAH
xD
Oh God in heaven, we kick a**!
If money talks, Ron Paul has just roared!
Ron Paul IS WINNING
probably didn't want to be
probably didn't want to be shamed.
Support and Defend the Constitution!
I Wish They Would Keep It Up
I'm going to miss watching Huckabee's numbers. It's nice to have him for comparison purposes. I never understood why Huckabee couldn't raise any money. It's not like all those evangelical Christians are poor and are not used to donating to good causes. I would have assumed that he would have gotten the largest donations. Could it simply be that he really doesn't have that many supporters?
Evangelical citizens may not be supporting Huck
Maybe more evangelicals are donating to Ron Paul than most of the "smart" people know. And to celebrate or gloat, at least just a little bit, is fine. Come on, there is more hope everyday that freedom will reign instead of coercion. If you feel like saying "Ha ha" and "Boo yeah", go ahead, because we're not celebrating a football team win, but a "liberty and justice for all" win. I have faith and hope that this will carry all the way to a Presidency.
This also disproves the idea that Christians want a theocracy, no? If the Christian citizenry really wanted that, then Huckabee would have lots of money. Personally, I believe that there is only one who is righteous enough to legislate morality, and you can guess who that is.
HA HA He surrenders!
I don't care for Mike H. much. His tax plan is not well thought out, he supports keeping the troops overseas, his health care plan is really more of the same with a new bow.
I do think it's funny though that he took down his donation tracker. He might as well have hung out a white flag on that one. He surrenders to the Paul fundraising efforts!
He won't need the money anyway. The MSM is practically kissing his butt to get him air-time.
I would rather be exposed to the inconveniences attending too much liberty than to those attending too small a degree of it.
