Who likes this slogan?
Any other ideas?
No taxation without decentralization?
We will raise 10 million this time!
»

No Taxation for World Domination
It has a "cartoon villainy" ring to it.
No Taxation for Foreign
No Taxation for Foreign Intervention?
Stick with the original
"No taxation without representation."
Everyone knows it, and it rings true more than ever. Its a little broader than ..."for global occupation." Representation hits everything; Immigration, War, Health-care.

I like your slogan but...
The original slogan, as mentioned by Conza88, is preferable for all the reasons given.
Since Trevor Lyman is already working on the Dec. 15/16 plan maybe he already has slogan ideas in mind.

"A little revolution now and then is a healthy thing---don't you think?"
Captain Marko Ramius
The Hunt For Red October
I love the slogan
It sums up in a nut shull everything RP is standing for and our foreign policy run amok.
AND its easy to understand for the common person, which is huge!
and should get them thinking about how awesome RP is!
Taxation for Globalization is tyranny
Or use the original. Taxation without representation is tyranny, and cross out without representation and wirte over (in revolution red) for Globalization.
Say NO to Income Tax
"Say NO to Income Tax" is a better slogan to get all people (both pro and anti war) rallying for the cause. We should easily hit 100,000 people with this.
Income tax is one of Ron Paul's position that resonates with every human being on this planet.
Think about it.
YES
perfect, imo
I think the meaning it
I think the meaning it connotates though... is too simple.
Say no to income tax?...
The bigger message actually comes from that of history.. much like the 5th of November (accept it was more like the movie) it still had elements and so should this. The 'No taxation without representation' i think strikes that bigger chord. It sends the bigger better message... than simply, we don't want income tax..
We want REPRESENTATION.. which is what the whole republic is about is it not? And why are we even needing to have this revolution? BECAUSE - we are not being REPRESENTED.. hence the "no taxation without representation.."
I think thats a good soundbite..
But not necessarily better than the historical one, related to the Boston Tea party... which message has morphed slightly but EVEN more potent now.
No taxation without representation.
Congress really doesn't represent the people of America.
It's exciting to think that
It's exciting to think that this time there'll be even MORE people supporting the effort. Before Nov. 5th's money bomb, there were many skeptics and doubters, plus many other who just didn't know about it. Well, with all this exposure, the amount of people that will help has grown tremendously! Let's keep this up!
Collectivism is slavery.
Representation
I like "No taxation without representation"
1.) Historical
2.) If we do raise a lot of money and the media covers it, they'll be confronted with the slogan and have to ponder what it means.
No taxation without representation! !!!!
What would the media say about them?
- The two front runners:
No taxation for global occupation!
= What the hell, global occupation??
No taxation without representation!
= No representation? - CONGRESS is not representing the people of America? 70% want out of Iraq? - And they keep funding it? Thats bullshit! Yea no taxation without representation!
Historical people! It worked then it will work again! [no?] = yes it will!
No Taxation without
No Taxation without representation. Well said. We will have the synergy of history behind us!
Global Occupation is better slogan IMO.
Mainly for 2 reasons.
1) The amount of troops we have scattered around the world at a minimum influences every country in some way and actually physically takes up space in a great many.
2) The term "Global Occupation" could also be another thumb in the eye to the designs of the globaloney morons at the CFR and the state department telling them their days of using our tax dollars to subvert our Constitution and Sovereignty are nearing an end. This one will be more subtle but the nuance will be captured by anyone who knows what's really going on, INCLUDING the enemies of freedom. They are no dummies. They will "get it."
A shot across the bow of those globaloney clowns is always in order and should be done whenever and wherever possible IMO. Especially when we can get off scott free for doing so. For it would be very hard for anyone to try to call us part of the "tin foil hat crowd" with the veiled strike at the NWO by using the term global occupation, as it would force them to shine the light of day on themselves to do so. This they usually avoid doing.
Sincerely,
Paul C. Hanson
Now I kind of like both
Now I kind of like both Iraqi and foreign...
hmm....
What about: "NO TAXATION FOR UNCONSTITUTIONAL OCCUPATION!"
It doesn't have as much of a roll to it, but it does cover more of RP's views in a way...
I think we need to get a pollburner going!!!!!!
Global? Iraqi? ...Foreign?
Just a thought. - Global Occupation does roll off the tongue nicely, but to the in-initiated it might not purvey the ideal image IMO. I think it comes off a little 'alarmist' and nebulous. Even though I do believe it is accurate, the phrase won't come with an explanation attached, so maybe there is a better word? I'm not sure that 'Iraqi occupation' quite cuts it either, yes it is immediate, but we have troops all over the place. But why not "Foreign Occupation"? It doesn't carry any alarmist connotations, and most will read it as signifying the troops in Iraq and Afghanistan (and potentially Iran) where their focus is. People who are more savy will interpret it correctly as signifying troops everywhere. Somehow I feel it is a phrase that Dr. Paul would be more comfortable with. But that's just my opinion.
Either way, "teabagging" Congress is a great idea. Bwaaahhhahaha!
Hat off to you Rewind
I fully agree! "Foreign" is better than "Iraqi". BTW a pollburner has appeared and I voted for "foreign"
'Like those at Valley Forge, we will never quit!'
Like those at Valley Forge, we will never quit!
I wonder if "Global Occupation" is immediate enough?
How about "Iraqi Occupation" --- Everyone knows about that one. (MSM doesn't talk much about global occupation) "Iraqi Occupation may speak to a broader audience.
Like those at Valley Forge, we will never quit!
Like those at Valley Forge, we will never quit!
Boston Tea Party
I think this is an even better day than nov 5th. We will all have enough time to save up. By then we will have doubled our support, and everyone can double what we donated Monday. We can shoot for $10 million really, knowing it is within reach. Let's not just win, lets blow the new world order elitists away.
I've already requested Dec
I've already requested Dec 16th off!! I plan on going to Boston that day and Ron Pauling it up!

I like the original phrase..
"No taxation without representation." Current 'leaders' certainly do not represent us and in some cases resent us, even though we keep their pockets lined.
Not to mention, using "occupation" pigeon holes us as hippies who are against the war. There are a great many other issues and the catch phrase should be all-inclusive.
You have good points,
You have good points, tru2cause.
However, I think that the original phrase "No taxation w/o representation" doesn't fit our movement as well. Most people will hear it and say, "um...you ARE represented." After all, we did elect each of our leaders through a fair election process. (supposedly)
I agree that "occupation" might pigeon hole us as hippyish, but when 70% of the American population opposes the war in Iraq and might identify with a humble foreign policy, one has to ask who's being pigeoned holed.
I have yet to find a Ron Paul supporter who also supports global occupation. I think we will all be able to identify with this theme, and even attract more supporters.
I have a better idea for the tea bags
Send a tea bag to every member of congress and the senate.
"Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for lunch. Liberty is a well armed lamb contesting the vote."
teabag congress?
BWUHAHAHAHA
hee hee
that might be the best idea I've heard all day :)

lol,
I think we just started a little underground campaign there
:)
Most Excellent thinking
"NO TAXATION FOR GLOBAL OCCUPATION"
It just rolls off the tongue.
Sounds good to me
"No taxation for global occupation" -- great slogan.
It takes time to get out the email lists, set up the web sites, and make the youtube videos, so I think Dec 16 is just about right the next giant blow out money bomb. Also, people need time for their credit cards to cool off.
The website address
should definitely be www.thisdecember7th.com, just to keep a consistent theme. just an idea.
