I just responded to a "Dear Friend" e-mail from McCain

Of course, my friend was asking me for money.

My friends, here is my response:

"Dear Friend,

There is no way in a million years, I would donate to John McCain.

I think any TRUE conservative would never vote for him as well.

Here are a few reasons why:

1. He says we should stay in Iraq 100 years more, if need be. This is an aggressive war started
by the USA, predicated on the (false) notion that Hussein had WMD's. The US Constitution requires a declaration of war by CONGRESS, which never happened. Remind why we should be there 100 more years, please.

2. He has said many times he doesn't know much about economics. He has no idea what sound monetary policy is, why the Fed causes various bubbles,( i.e the tech bubble, housing bubble, etc.) and how our policies of preemptive wars are adding to our 9 TRILLION DOLLAR DEFICIT. 3. He calls himself conservative, yet has liberal views (i.e immigration reform, teaming with Senator Kennedy).

4. He calls himself a champion of the Constitution and civil liberties, yet he voted YES on the (Un)Patriot(ic) Act.

In closing, my friend, I will be voting for the one candidate who adheres to the Constitution, believes in a non-interventionist foreign policy, sound monetary Policy, and is a statesman, NOT a politician.

Yes, my friend, I will be writing in Ron PAUL in November.

I will make a donation to his Campaign for Liberty,as well.
