Is New Orleans setting the stage for the final solution?

Look, these people have been putting up with crazy hurricanes for decades if not longer. What makes it safer for national guard troops to be on the ground than inhabitants in their dwellings. I've watched the talking heads on TV talking about how generous the Canadian Government has been by sending their aircraft to assist the efforts of our government in New Orleans. Not one of these shills has thought to ask whether those aircraft or their occupants were armed. Brings to mind a treaty signed by a no authority general in our countries employ which would allow foreign armed forces on our soil about a year ago. Whats to say the dikes don't get a bit of a nudge to allow the total and complete abandonment of an area that is most likely ripe for oil or gas
fields?
