Thanks for the post cyndezu,

I have supported Jesse since I learned he was a nearly identical Ron Paul clone idealogically.

But I wish Jesse would have said 6 months ago, what he is saying about Ron Paul today.

But I forgive him, we all awaken at different times/rates.

And I would definitely support Jesse for President.

I do hate to say this

I think Ron Paul is great and has done so much to enlighten so many and he's well he's ........Ron Paul, But when you watch how firey he was back in videos ten years ago if he still had that anger that he had then he would have won this year. He would not have allowed himself to be excluded in almost every important thing. Jesse will not allow that. He will turn the country upsdie down physically to make his position heard. ( former wrestler , navy seal ) he's not gonna put up with any shit. Ron paul started the revolution in his own way and Jesse will finish it with an Iron fist.

Stop the NWO....It's just illumi..Naughty !

I agree,

Ron is too polite at times. Jesse will give them hell and win. I believe it was Jesse's ego that prevented him from "fully supporting" Ron Paul during the primaries. He barely mentioned Ron Paul, but just spouted the same things he heard Ron Paul saying. Jesse's ego prevented Ron Paul from doing better this election. Just a few mentions of Ron Paul from Jesse's lips could have made a huge difference. Nobody wants to be the first to buck the establishment, if he had, others may have followed, and then who knows what may have happened.

Having said all that, I would still fully back Jesse in 2012, if he was the only candidate promoting the ideals of Ron Paul, because if he was the only liberty candidate, then Jesse's ego would win the day.

Thanks

for posting.

I would vote for Jesse in a heartbeat.

run , run , run

I LOVE JESSE. He IS a great communicator. I do not agree with all of his thinking on some issues; so that is a wash. BUT, he would put the (CONSTITUTION) FIRST, which HAS to be #1 prerequisite for a PRESIDENTIAL candidate, in my opinion. HE has that qualification. I have said in the past: "ISSUES come & go", as life goes on , BUT the CONSTITUTION is to be OUR permanant LAW in this COUNTRY, the U.S.A.
COME HOME, JESSE ,and make you're case for us. HELP RON & the campaign take back what is ours. The tree of LIBERTY is watered by the BLOOD of the PATRIOTS. (B.F).or (T.J.)

Well,

I like Jesse but, he just doesn't seem as well rounded as I would like
for president, Like Ron.
I certainly think he'd be an awesome VP, and a good balance if he and Ron were on the ticket together.. loud, intimidating VP that could bounce you to the moon and a nice unassuming but, fierce guy like Ron.

I have to vote my conscience now, and never the lesser. I'll see in 2012 :)

The DP is proof that the grassroots support for Ron Paul and his peaceful message of individual liberty is large, real, and not going away!

Me too but I sure LOVED Adam

Me too but I sure LOVED Adam

Love it

I have heard Jesse many times and each time he impresses me more.

I for one do like his stance on the border. I believe he is even more libertarian than RP on that point.

Ron is plain and soft spoken wisdom born of years of tilling the political soil.

Jesse is bold and brash bravado and gut-checking common sense born of service to the country, a career in the enterainmnet industry (yeah - if you think WWF is a sport, check your premises at the door), and success as a third party candidate.

If they didn't run as a slate, I could see Jesse posted to a high office in Ron's Cabinet.

This could be the start of

This could be the start of something great. Ventura 2012... just let it take a stroll through your imagination.

Ventura talks the talk, but what is his record like?

And c'mon, he's got an ego problem. If he got in charge of a campaign, I can easily see him getting ticked at little things.

As a true statesman, Ron Paul saw how the Revolution was bigger than him.

Jesse already is judging us, watching us...to prove to him we are worthy of his magnificance. Fuck proving anything to him....and fuck his judging us!

Where was he when Ron Paul needed him last year! He could possibly have turned the tide for Ron Paul. Instead, he just got fat, lazy, and (judging by his haircut) crazy as he chilled in his Mexican, Marlon Brando, hidaway!

Already he's endorsing candidates and talking like we already accept him as our candidate in 2012! Are you kidding me?! What if Ron, Rand, or someone that Ron Paul endorses wanted to run in 2012?!

Heck, I'd pick Gary Johnson over Jesse Ventura in a heartbeat.

The Neo-Cons have already proved than anyone can talk conservative. We know Ron Paul is the real deal because of HIS RECORD.

WHAT IS VENTURA'S RECORD!

Gee, didn't Ventura say he'd campaign with McCain?

Ya know Boru,

you are right, Jesse does have an ego problem, and I believe that it prevented him from mustering the courage to back Ron Paul when Dr. Paul was under siege by the MSM.

If you snooze, you lose, Jesse had a chance to help.

I tried to get people riled up to support him, but it just wasn't in the cards.

But I would still vote for Jesse instead of Democrat or Republican.

And I agree, if Rand Paul runs, screw Jesse.

Peace.

Fie! Jesse Ventura is

Fie! Jesse Ventura is exactly the kind of person that has been missing from the 'revolution'. Much as some hate to admit it, an outgoing, positive personality is the biggest part of getting someone to agree with you. Jesse is bigger than life and can speak with complete ease in front of enormous crowds of people, which Dr. Paul has a lot of trouble with. An 'entertainer' is more valuable than an intellectual if you want to get attention with voters.

you are right,

Jesse's personality would have won the election with the same message, but Jesse's ego prevented Ron Paul from winning. Jesse barely mentioned Ron Paul when we needed him the most.

Only time and fate will tell if Jesse gets another chance.

Well, I certainly wouldn't

Well, I certainly wouldn't blame Jesse Ventura for 'our' loss. It's completely disingenuous to say Ventura's "ego" stopped a sure win for Ron. I think a lack of real fight during the early part of the debates sure hurt Ron.

you don't have a lot of fight left

when you are 72 years old :( I applaud doctor paul for everything he's done . It's just that the message carries itself okay but you need a man willing to kick down doors to show you mean it.

Stop the NWO....It's just illumi..Naughty !

My point, exactly. Everyone

My point, exactly. Everyone here loves Ron, I can almost guarantee that.

you're right, i shouldn't blame Jesse,

but I just keep wondering, what if, what if Jesse decided to stand up and relentlessly say the name Ron Paul while he was promoting his book?

Would other influential people have followed?

would have, could have, should have, we will never know.

Ah, well. "What if", indeed.

Ah, well. "What if", indeed. We only have the future in front of us now.

We will not have another Dr.

We will not have another Dr. Paul for another century.
But I think a little attitude is just what the Campaign needs.
I believe he said, "If America proves itself worthy.." I.e., exactly how Ron Paul reluctantly tested the waters before he ran. Running for president is quite an affair. I hope he judges us carefully.

Ventura's record only exists from his time as governor, and looks pretty solid.

I'll tell you what, given a

I'll tell you what, given a choice between McCain or Ventura, I'd rather have Ventura getting upset that there's too much government than McCain getting upset and attacking Iran.

I really think...

This all depends on us. We have to prove we want it and are willing to work for it. That means spreading the message and keeping the grassroots going. That means starting up new websites, that means contacting Ventura himself every month or so on behalf of the Revolution to let him know we're still here. It means continuing to bust our asses to save our Republic. As Ron Paul is an older gentleman, I don't know if he'd be willing to run for any kind of office, president or vp, in 2012 when he's 77 years old. But if he is, then why not? Ventura-Paul would be a dream, but so would Ventura-Johnson, or Ventura-Rand Paul, or a number of others. We have to keep this going if its gonna happen. If Jesse Ventura is proof of anything, it is that he is capable of defeating the establishment. That alone makes him an excellent voice for the Revolution.

Well, if Ron Paul would be running

of course, he'd have my vote first, before Jesse, before anybody else. However, he again yesterday expressed that "he is/was a very reluctant candidate" this time around....so I don't think he'll be running in 2012. I am hoping for Jesse to run, maybe with Rand Paul, maybe with Gary Johnson...the more the merrier...
I really don't want to accept that Ron Paul....is reluctant...am having difficulty with that...

Ventura is also somewhat

Ventura is also somewhat reluctant. I have a theory that the person who wants/needs the job of president the most is actually the least qualified, because their pursuit is power, not to serve.

"How can we justify to the unemployed and underemployed in the United States the incredible cost of maintaining a global empire?" - Dr. Ron Paul

depends....

If it's him VS. status quo republicrats seeking to extend the Busche regime, then yeah I'm on board. If it happens to be him VS. a Ron Paul, then of course not, but what are the chances of having a good candidate vs. a GREAT candidate?....I'd say slim to zero.

We'll all be in touch, and hopefully still around and on the same page in four years. Until then, enjoy the reign of terror, brought to you by the CFR and republicrat committee.

Frankly, Ventura is a better

Frankly, Ventura is a better Libertarian (in philosophy) than Ron. Ron is a constitutional Republican, whereas Ventura is a liberal Libertarian, which is much more where I align philosophically.

His position on open borders is still very Libertarian. He said about the border issue, if the choice is between Liberty and Death, I'll take my chances with Liberty.
