This is a typical and easy way to dissolve a small business corporation or LLC - nothing shady or unusual about it. You don't pay the fees and it dissolves by itself - no need to file any papers. Has absolutely nothing to do with running a business.
Most of the other entries contain false or misleading information - they mean very little.
I will admit
that i only read the first three. However, two of them were wrong or debatable. The McCain campaign has already refuted the independance party story. Secondly, Dr. Paul has spoken against earmarks and the way that whole business is done, yet he still brings them home to his district...it's how your tax base gets their money back...

Why can't we have Dr. Paul? This whole scene just gets crazier and crazier. Palin sounds like a total hypocrite, so she does fit right in with McCain.
