Ron Paul seemed angry

I was just watching the video. He was talking about iraq being a tragedy, and seemed angrier and sadder than I have ever seen him. He even told people to stop clapping.

He's angry. And he's not going to take it anymore.

EDIT: Also, maybe the CFL will host a debate, like Ron mentioned.

Also, does anyone have video of Nader, Mckinney, or Baldwin speaking? I'd like to hear what they say.

That was my first time

That was my first time hearing the whole speech, and finally he's getting fired up! I was starting to get mildly irratated on how gentle he was! There is a time to be gentle, and there are times to be a little more direct and forceful...and I think now is the time to be a little more forceful...

Bob Barr really screwed things up

This very likely was just the first step towards a series of independent debates. So what will Bob Barr do now? Skip independent debates also? He won't be in the "main" debates. He's decided to effectively end his run by snubbing this press conference.

He has made himself irrelevant.

He has also severely damaged the Libertarian Party which I used to have respect for.

Using that logic

You have no respect for the GOP either. You might have no respect for Ron Paul because of the actions of some of his donors. You have no respect for Congress because of their actions; does that mean you don't respect its members, including Ron Paul?

Collectivism is not wise. It makes no senses to judge a group by one member nor a member by his group. (I learned the latter in Sunday school with the tale of the Good Samaritan.)

If you ever respected the LP, there is every reason to continue to do so. We still have the same pledge and purpose as we had when it was formed back when Ron Paul first went to Congress for the same reasons.

What do you think? http://consequeries.com/

The fire in his voice!

I noticed that too. It was good to hear the passion, conviction and disgust in his voice. Also, probably pissed Barr was a no show. I think it was a bit of a surprise. At one point you could see Ron look around expecting Barr to show up.

Mad at that jerk Bob Barr!!!

I hate Bob Barr!!! What a disgrace to the LP!! Egomaniac!!!

Good luck winning without us, jerk!!

Some guy was a little excited in the audience.

He kept clapping even after being asked to stop. He was just a little excitable I think.

Ron always speaks from the heart

He is emotionally invested in his message. He cares. He really actually cares.

RP2012!

He cares!

He was so serious! there was no mistake in that, he wants other people to wake up and join our train to liberty.
