RP should bolt GOP again

GOP is not too be reformed. What more proof do you need after the GOP convention?

Take Barr's VP slot, Ron.

Unite not with Nader or the Greens.

Gawd! This is so transparent!

I agree.

Then if he doesn't win his house seat next time, just retire. He can do good work from outside of government too.

Ron Paul makes a difference in congress

He can't make that difference if he bolts the party. So, he should stay as he sees fit. I am sure he knows a lot more about the Libertarian party candidate than we do.

Ron vs. Ron

Did you hear what Ron said in 1987?
He needs to take his own medicine!

"I want to totally disassociate myself from the policies that have given us unprecedented deficits, massive monetary inflation, indiscriminate military spending, irrational and unconstitutional foreign policy, zooming foreign aid, the exaltation of international banking, and the attack on or personal liberties and privacy. After years of trying to work through the Republican Party both in and out of government, I have concluded that my efforts must be carried on outside the Republican Party." http://www.bobbarr2008.com/files/paul.pdf

Ron Paul "Sign Wave Across the USA" -- November 5th!

Bye bye troll

and oh, by the way, fuck you!

This is not that movie the

This is not that movie the matrix. You do not change an established political party over night.

Even so, we were very close to doing so. If we had been more organized and had more people out there that understood the delegate process, we could have easily had the majority of delegates in several states just by getting our people to show up for the caucuses. In almost every state, we could have overwhelmed the party by having 50-100 more RP people show up to the caucuses.

We were so close it is not even funny. You may be tricked into thinking that the end result shows otherwise, but you then forgot how much trickery and back room shinanegans were used to ensure such a result. They are scared and it showed in how much they tried to hide how successful we were. Did you notice how hard they tried not to even mention Ron Paul at the Republican convention? They wanted us to feel defeated. Do not fall for such pathetic tactics.

Ron Paul is now attacking on both fronts. With his most recent announcement, he is helping 3rd parties gain access to the debates and ballots. He is trying to draw the publics attention to the flaws in the current system, where the 2 established political parties monopolize the elections by not allowing other parties to participate in debates or gain access to ballots. If successful, a 2012 independent run may be more feasible for Dr. Paul.

On the other front, he is trying to change the Republican party from within. If we can get enough RP people active in the party, then we can change it and help RP gain access to an established party and has instant access to all debates and ballots.

This man impresses me more and more every day. He is very intelligent.

You say,

"he is helping 3rd parties gain access to the debates and ballots." He should be helping the LIBERTARIAN party access the debates and ballots, not socialists.

I love all the grand advice

coming from people who have been here for less than 7, yes SEVEN, hours as of 8pm CST.

Now shew....go away.

I was a member and supporter of RR

on this forum and in my community and meetup before he lost the primaries. (Forgot username and password). Once he was OUT, I went LIBERTARIAN. So should sensible people.

Bye bye troll!

And please take RonBarr with you --- he has long overstayed his welcome.

Don't forget to think of us when you are fellating McCain.

if ron paul

does not plan to run again in 2012 then whats the point in staying in as republican? i love what he is doing in congress, but if he is the only one voting our way, what does that really accomplish? if everything he says falls on deaf ears in congress it doesnt really do us much good. i think he should dump the repubs and go third party and put up a real stink that will linger for a real long time.

Cred

So, what are your credentials that you propose to be Ron Paul's political advisor? You should listen to your teacher, grasshopper.
