The reason Ron Paul was not added is because he has stated many times he does not want people to write his name in.
The reason none of the above is not listed is because if you are not going to vote in November why vote now?

I don't care about the fact he is a socialist. What do socialism mean, more and more governmental regulation including gun control that translate to tyranny in violating basic civil liberties by imposition of nanny state?
I oppose nanny state. I've seen how counterproductive nanny state is. San Francisco and New York are extreme examples of this mentality.
I believe in reasonable regulation -- no over-regulation but also against de-regulation. Look what happened to California during the energy crisis that Enron, etc exploited to extract obscene profits at the expense of the taxpaying people. For that, watch the documentary "Enron: The Smartest Guys in the Room" on DVD.
I am a socialist libertarian who happen to support 2nd Amendment 100%. A socialist who supports gun rights is an oxymoron, I know. I'm a NRA and GOA member. I'm an admirer of Thomas Jefferson, Andrew Jackson and Theodore Roosevelt.

That's not true....
First off...let me say that I do not like Barr one tiny bit....and I am praying that Baldwin will win his court case to be on the ballot in my state so that I may vote for him. (if he doesn't I will vote for Nader over Barr)
BUT...I must say that this above statement is NOT true about a vote for Barr is the same as a vote for McCain.
It is almost impossible that a 3rdie will win....and winning is not the point any longer. A vote for the Libertarian Party Candidate would STILL be better than a vote for McCain because it will show that we will no longer support the 2 party system we have.
Write in's aren't even counted in most states (and if they are in yours...that is fantastic) so WHOEVER is a 3rdie on your state's ballot is who you need to vote for....if you have a choice of 3rdie...then that is fantastic and you are lucky that you get to vote your conscience....but if not....the point is to break the system...because we know winning would require an act of God.
