In an attempt to see where people really stand on this issue. Here's a fairly straight-forward poll. We can come to some common ground if we determine where we are at and where we are going.

Update: We had a fatal flaw with the poll and had to repost a new poll. Somewhere in the neighborhood of 200 people participated. With approximately 80% believing it was an inside job. 17% for the Terrorist. and 1% for each of the other answers.

Highly recommend the book, 'Crossing the Rubicon'
by Michael Ruppert, published in Vancouver, Canada 2003. I bought this book right after its' release.
It is a horrendous investigative journalism of 9/11 ever. Michael was on the circuit across universities in USA, Canada and Europe right after 9/11 attempting to expose those at the top of our govt. He was perhaps one of the very first 'experts' to do the dirty work.

Public awareness is well and good but by itself
does little to actually get an investigation. The ballot initiative in NY has enough signatures for an official investigation which is planned to be on the ballot in 2009. It will take a decisive action like that to actually accomplish anything.
The other alternative would be to gather the funds and have a people sponsored investigation. But the problem with that is no subpeana power.

here's my question. what are you 9/11 Truthers going to do if you come across concrete evidence that elements of our government were behind the attacks? are you going to demand that they be tried in the courts that they run? are you going to run around with this evidence and tell everyone "i told you so?"
the truth is even if you prove 9/11 was an attack by our government and not Al Qaida it only proves something we already have plenty of evidence to prove. that our government is evil and needs to be abolished in it's entirety.
even if Ron were to become president and was able to implement all the great ideas he has. the truth is this country would still be under constant threat of the next Abraham Lincoln taking office and squandering all of Ron's hard work.
government doesn't work and it never will. even in the early stages of this country there's evidence of that. as long as we have government we will all be forced to live under the rules of others. Ron is the closet hope we had for anarchy because he truly believes he has no right to tell us how to live our lives. unfortunately Ron is one in a billion. he's a great man, one of the greatest of all time, and i will continue to support him. but the truth is i have come to realize anarchy is our only hope. Murray Rothbard had it write all along.
