Adam Kokesh on Bob Barr: "...selfish"
Submitted by FireTeamforFreedom on Fri, 09/12/2008 - 11:44I attended Ron Paul's press conference yesterday expecting Bob Barr to be there. It was going to be as close to an endorsement as Barr could get from Paul. I almost came with a sign that said “Veterans For Barr.” Boy, am I glad I didn't.
Adam is going to be in Pensacola on Sept. 27th.
We are starting a Pensacola IVAW chapter, so if you know any veterans in the Gulf Coast region... let them know.
We may also visit the "Presidential Debate" in Mississippi on the 26th...

Ron Barr... why fight?
Do you agree or disagree with the four issues Dr. Paul and all four candidates signed on or not?
If nothing else lets get the word out on these issues. Get them in front of the Congressional and Senatorial candidates...
And register more voters... voters that would have otherwise not voted... with the slogan "This is REAL CHANGE"... and give them a choice of the four candidates... this is a real opportunity... and arguing is just wasting time.
A third party is not going to win... but if 20-30% of the voters vote for a third party candidate... that can swing nearly every Congressional seat in Congress! And thats the beginning of having some real political weight to throw around!

The troll RonBarr doesn't realise
that his obnoxious behaviour here has put more people off Barr than Barr could achieve himself. (and Bob Barr is good doing it himself, he showed that by snubbing Ron Paul).
If RonBarr had put all the energy he wasted here into a Bob Barr website, Bob Barr might have a chance (like ice in hell ;)

RonBarr: bad smells in general are obnoxious
Hanging around here like a bad smell IS obnoxious.
Really, if I could manage it I would feel compassion for your plight that you can't get it through your thick skull that your contributions here in general were and are not appreciated. At times it comes across as if you are sulking big time like a little kid in the corner and think: but... but... but...
Spend your energy at a Barr website. If Barr is so terrific, he can defend himself.. as the saying goes: actions speak louder than words. His actions have only reaffirmed what many have felt about this man: untrustworthy, and a self appointed egotripper.
Your words and defending this poor example of a human being only reinforces that Barr is off the list for most.
I'm sure they say the same thing about Dr. Paul in government.
Consider me another Dr. Paul. I'm quite content to stand alone for what I believe in. If you have a problem with me, it's all the more satisfying. Because you don't want me here is why I should be here.

It was because he disagreed with the strategy of merging with the Socialists. Paul's campaign staff didn't tell Barr's campaign the full story on what the conference was about, which he why he initially agreed to attend.
