Widespread PANIC at the pump today in the South East!! MUST SEE!!
It started in Paducah, KY. Gas jumped 50 cents a gallon from morning to lunch. Nearly every gas station ran out as people began to see long lines forming and started to get anxious. It spread down to Murray, KY as people everywhere felt the need to get the gas before it ran out. In my area of Tennessee near the Land Between The Lakes I witnessed firsthand the lines at every pump, the less fortunate gas stations that ran out and can not get more until tomorrow, and the people who were, to their credit, very civil if not 100% careful as they navigated through the BP on the edge of my town.
All this on a day when oil prices fell? The greed of the oil politicians in this countrry is unforgivable. What has Bush/Cheney said about it? What have McInsane/Obomba said about it? Nothing!

Nashville news reporting just now that gas in Nashville is at 5.29 a gallon at some stations. Well, there you go. That's, if you can get it. They are reporting many stations OUT OF GAS!!!

The owner of this local station, seemed very sincere, said his supplier wants nearly $6/gal and he'd have to sell it over that and he'd likely be stuck with a lot of expensive gas he can't sell.. so he'd not buying and neither are any other stations... so effectively, we have gas, but no one is gonna buy it. So every station is out.
Instead of going after the stations, they need to go after the suppliers for taking advantage of the situation.

So if a gas station is running low on fuel to sell... why do they raise the price of it? I just dont get it. If the gas station runs outta fuel... it runs outta fuel... why jack up the prices? Also.. how is it Ike's fault? Ike hasnt even hit yet... did it knock over a fuel tanker or something? I heard it blamed on Hanna... Hanna was a week ago! This is some serious BS! This time last year the price of a gallon of regular gas was about 2.65. It never goes down to what it was. gas prices go up 10 cents, and then come down 5 cents. Now that the price has broken the 4.50 mark here in my New Bern, Craven County, what will it go back down to? It was holding at 3.60 for awhile... itll probably go back down to 3.70 and the sheeple will be happy and thank the big oil companies for their mercy. AARRRGGGHHH!!! !@#$ %^&* (&)%@

From $3.50- $4.19 and higher! Many stations out and shut down by this afternoon! long lines &* traffic jams...everyone vying for "the fill" I went for $3.63 and called it a day! Coastal areas $5 a gal!

Yeah I live in north Alabama and it was crazy today.
Gas stations went up to 3.99 at around 8 or 9 a.m. and people went crazy. There were long lines at every station for hours and you can no longer find any gas here. I just had to look at the people and laugh at the fact that there ignorance caused there panic. In some areas gas is over 5.00. The thing I thought was convenient is that here in Alabama we had a state of emergency in effect that helped prevent price gauging. It expired Tuesday. I don't know how many people I heard today say ( if the tree huggers and democrats would get out of the way and let us drill this wouldn't happen.) I tried to explain the flaws in that argument but you know how hard that is. Oh and the grocery stores are out of bread and low on water. Hopefully people wont start looting and eating each other tomorrow.

Everyone is complaining about price of gas, but I see no state jumping up to creat a refinery in their state. The pollution is terrible in Louisiana but the rest of the country does not care . Just give them the oil. I paid 3.89/gal this afternoon and YOU have a right to complaign. that is BS. Our coast is disappearing, My children are suffering, just to fill your tank.
Now on a selfish side ! don't give a rats ass what anyone pays. I, personally don't care what the government does. I WILL TAKE CARE OF MY OWN. I DON'T NEED THE GOVERNMENT TO DO ANYTHING. NEITHER SHOULD YOU.
I went through Gustav. No one, including the government did anything but creat more beggers. I watch the endless lines for ice, MRE's and water circle for just what is free. May what ever being, looking over this earth strike them all down. While this being is at it , strike the politicians down too!
I take care of my own! My parents, In-laws, Grown children!!! I want no part of the BS. Those of you worried about the gold/silver situation. DON'T!!! THREE(3) Years and you will not rule but, you will be able to take care of your families. If you are looking to make money you are no better than what you are fighting. I am not a trader. I just buy when I can. We can take over the country again but not like you think. It will be as my dreams foretold. Get it right or not. Your choice.
