OHHHH MAN and they should be...
When a foreign country actually makes a press release such as this,
They are asking congress to bailout Lehman Bros before the weekend is out.

Which I would assume the normal back channels are not working and they are pooping in their liederhosen (SPELLING).
I would never expect something like this UNLESS some serious WORLD economic woes are top priority.
