I think there is a lack of outrage regarding the bailouts because people believe they are benefiting from them. They've probably been scared by financial "experts" that claim the entire financial system will collapse if the government does not intervene.

I wish this nation would wake up and understand that when they hear the words "government bail out" it means THEM, each and every individual, including their kids and grandkids for generations to come. People have adopted the theory that government is this (thing) that takes care of everything and makes all the decisions. I don't know what it's going to take for them to wake up and take their rightful place.....Most likely when it's too late.....................................................................................
