I have a question
Ecorob got me to thinking below..about the taxpayers now owning eighty percent of AIG. According to this article that is exactly what is "supposedly" happening..although I don't expect any checks in the mail anytime soon.. http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20080917/ap_on_bi_ge/aig
So..did the FEDeral Government step in and pay this with the help of the FEDeral Reserve...or did the Federal Reserve just do this out of the goodness of the Taxpayers hearts, and now they own 80% of AIG?
Each story you read is a little different and a little vague in various parts of the story. I haven't read one single story that spells it out in black and white. And what amazes me, is that the Fed pumps in 100billion to fannie and freddie, 80 Billion into AIG, 70billion into the "economy", and yet silver is still going down...LOL I hope you guys are ready for the sling shot effect of silver, when people figure out what the hell is happening to them and their money/savings. For those of you who cry and moan about "losing everything", the offer is still open for me to buy your silver for three dollars above spot. :O) Honestly I'd rather you just ride it out and let us all say "I told you so" later on, when your all smiles.

the taxpayers don't own SH*T.....the government is using taxpayers money to buy these companies......A BIG DIFFERENCE in my opinion. We have no say......The treasury, the Fed, and this government are deciding for you and me on which companies they want to save....this is BULLSH*T. Sorry for the bad words.....but we are all adults, and this expresses my feelings...
About Silver and Gold today... I agree......I hope everybody is buying.... I went to my Dealer today with about $9000.00 in cash hoping to pick up whatever he had at a good deal......I was shot down.....Nothing, absolutely zero. No gold, no silver....and usually his "display" cases are full of some type of garbage silver.......no more. He said it has been like this for weeks.
I have been buying from Apmex and Bullion Direct......but what they have is very limited too. I thought I could go score a deal...but came home with my tail between my legs.

No, it means the Federal Reserve owns it... and they
are a PRIVATE BANK (masquerading as a "central bank") owned by the very rich.
So neither I, nor you, nor any of the other "peasants" own any part of it -- we own squat (well, except we'll be charged interest to pay off the "loan" that the Federal Reserve used to "buy" AIG with, and of course our future paychecks and all of our assets -- as the basis for future taxes -- are actually the "collateral" that underwrites that "loan").

Funny thing about this is my insurance company just raised my
rates because they started using your credit report to base premiams. I think I should call them and say I don't think the tax payers should bail you out. Your credit report doesn't look that good. Talk about hypocrits.

They have done a study and it shows that poor people are more likely to file a frudeulent claim. I told her I work in construction and I have been ripped off by mostly rich people so screw you study. What an elites bunch of crap that is I've never turned in a claim.
