Lehmans down--Barkleys to buy North Amercian branch--AIG bailed out 85 Billion/taxpayers--Stocks down -450 2 days---record gold increase---announcement of new program coming up government takes all bad debt off of remaining financial institutions----Russia markets halted because of market plunge untill Friday---Asia markets down---Hurricane Ike leaves devistation----Morgan Stanley talks about merging with Wachovia----WAMU looking for buyers---Wells Fargo supposedly faltering looking for merge---Bank of Scotland fails after 130 years may be taken over by Lloyds----Central banks worldwide pool together to pour billions into markets---futher friction between Georgia and Russia---stocks rally today over 400----dollar slides-----late evening FED / Treasury meeting tonight probably to push through new "rescue agency". FDIC may need loans---GM looking for "loans" too---AIG will be removed from Dow Jones average and replaced by Kraft foods. I hope I remembered everything and got it down correct. Just your average week it seems to MSM nothing to get too
excited about. As far as what and why. It appears they are well on their way to consolidating everything and will let the chips fall where they may.

I've got my fan on and it's really starting to smell. I think it smells like shit.

1. Hurricane Ike wiped Galveston, Tx. off the face of the map; and left around 5 million people in Houston without power. The Federal response makes how they handled Katrina look competent.

2. The stock and futures markets are acting like a sybil, with no one able to say with any certainty if this is the beginning, middle, or end of the end of the Fiat monetary system(s).

3. The international scene between Russia, Israel, Iran and the United States is set to go off anytime now, and

4. None of the four idiots from the 2 major parties who are running for president or vice-president have a clue as to what to do about any of the above--not even the hottish soon to be g-milf.

I think that about sums it up.

We had a big storm that ripped apart the south coast and the government stepped in long enough to say don't look at this!!

The economy basically tanked. followed by most of the world.

Barry Jennings ( 911 informant witness ) mysteriously died.

Palin is looking like a real psycho religious fanatical skank these days.

Mccain looks much sicker and doesn't seem very coherant.
