I have the right to my life,

I have the right to my life, liberty and persuit of happiness.
If I own my body, then i own my labor. If I came to work for you and you didnt pay me I could sue you and win because I own my body and my labor.
If I dont then its called SLAVERY, this is where you dont own your body or your labor.
so the IRS has made us slaves, they hit people hard like a bully so people are scared of them.
they manipulate and stack juries, steal property, put leans illegally on property, the crimes go on and on. I liked ed and elaine, the judges wouldnt give them a fair trial, and the Sheriff wouldnt protect Ed, as he should have, they are heros in my book, they stood for what they believed knowing there would be great consequences.

You are providing a service.

You are providing a service. The constitution and tax law says services are taxable.

You seem to be on the side

You seem to be on the side of the vast majority of Americans with your understanding of things. That's fine. It takes a while for people to wake up regarding the frauds that have been perpetuated upon the American people.

If anything, you might consider having even a little faith in what Ron Paul tells us about the "unconstitutional Income Tax" as he puts it.

Take it from the many ex IRS agents who have turned their backs on the IRS and have become outspoken critics of it.

Morality of the IRS

"100% of what is collected is absorbed solely by interest on the Federal Debt ... all individual income tax revenues are gone before one nickel is spent on the services taxpayers expect from government." -Grace Commission report submitted to President Ronald Reagan - January 15, 1984

Ronald Reagan was promptly shot after he dared to criticize the Fed, on the same day that the Pope was shot. After recovering, he changed his mind and praised the Fed. About seven US Presidents have been assassinated for not cooperating with the Transatlantic Banking Dynasties (William Henry Harrison, poisoned, in 1841, Zachary Taylor, Lincoln, Garfield, McKinley and John F. Kennedy 1963; 7 if FDR's poisoning is counted). Most of us feel sick when we realize that Not one dime of IRS money goes to the US Gov't, according to Reagan's Grace Commission: it all goes to pay interest on a bogus debt to the Private Federal Reserve (FED), just to allow paper money to circulate as "Federal Reserve Notes". The Federal Reserve is a private Corporation eventually owned by the Rockefellers and Rothschilds Dynasties through intermediary agents, designed to suck the capital dry from the U.S., as the Rothschilds do in Europe. He did. This is using the shotgun method of conspiracy theory: provide a bunch of false evidence, hope you arent smart enough to look it up.

I see others have already started correcting the record here, and I've got enough else to do that I'll sit this one out. Just wanted to show which side I'm on. :-)

Oh, and I'm not sure what's going on with Ed Brown lately, but he's not a tax protester. He's a tax fraud protester. (Liars pretend there's no difference.)

IRS Loses; 161 Federal Tax Charges, 0 Convictions
    by WE THE PEOPLE FOUNDATION

(Sep 30, 2007) Around noon on Monday, September 17th, a Las Vegas federal jury returned its verdict refusing to convict nine defendants of any of the 161 federal tax crimes they had been charged with. The charges included income tax evasion, willful failure to file and conspiracy to evade taxes.

The four-month trial centered around the family businesses of Robert Kahre who paid numerous workers for their labor with circulating gold and silver U.S. coins, and did not report the wages.

The payments took place over several years, allegedly totaling at least $114 million dollars.

Your an idiot! So I guess

You're an idiot! So I guess the Supreme court ruling that the 16th Amendment imposes no new taxes is irrelevant along with the many cases proving direct unapportioned tax on labor has no bases in law and compensation for labor is not defined as income.

There is no law that allows a direct tax on one labor! IRS rules are not laws were never voted on in congress and are deceitful and fraudulent

Lets see....if this was

Lets see....if this was true, wouldnt the millions of lawyer out there have taken advantage of that and raked in the massive bucks?

There is a reason this little 'conspiracy theory' hasnt spread to the mainstream. It isnt true.

In my town, there was a single pop machine in the park. And if you put in a 5 dollar bill backwards, the machine would spit the 5 out, give you a dollar in quarters, AND give you a free gatorade. So, people in the high school and track team went to the machine every day for about half a year, getting free gatorade and money. Well, even though a relatively small percentage of the population knew about it, that number eventually grew and grew, to the point that the city caught wind and fixed the problem.

If there were really SOOOOO many people able to defeat the IRS, when Supreme Court cases saying that income tax is constitutional, wouldnt the government do something to remedy that loophole, or wouldnt more and more people take advantage of that?

OK, let's assume that is true

Say the Supreme Court ruled that there was no law.

Would the politicians just sit there and take that? No, they would immediately go back to the Congress building and start drafting legislation to make it the law.

The problem

that would arise when they decided to "fix" the "loophole" is that by doing this, they are admitting that they have been illegally collecting income tax all this time and would be legally required to pay back all the money they have stolen from the people. It is far cheaper for them to lose individual cases in court than to have to pay back every penny taken in over the past century.

Ya, I don't quite understand the arguements

put forth by some of these people. There resistance to paying taxes is noble, however I just think their arguments might be a little weak.

If it turns out that there is no law requiring one to pay income tax would that stop the government? No. The Congress would just simply go out and pass one that does require it...

Considering there is already

Considering there is already numerous laws, and a constitutional amendment that says you have to pay taxes, I think any legal argument put forth would be futile.

You should take your time to protest the morality of taxes, the morality of taxes going to the war effort, something like that. But the laws do exist, if you want to change them, then go ahead and try. Thats the best you can do.

You might want to work on

You might want to work on your English skills so that you will be taken more seriously and so that you can better communicate ("Considering there is... laws").

That being said, which words, exactly, in which Constitutional amendment say that I, specificially, must report my income to the federal government and pay a personal income tax on it?

Go Fuck yourself.

I started typing one thing, then changed it, and forgot to go back and change 'is' to 'are'.

I'm not trying to win an Grammar awards here.

Bingo

I think the morality of taxes is where people like Irwin Shiff and the Brown's should be focused.

As Murray N. Rothbard once said on taxation:

The libertarian insists that whether or not such practices are supported by the majority of the population is not germane to their nature: that, regardless of popular sanction, War is Mass Murder, Conscription is Slavery, and Taxation is Robbery.

The libertarian, in short, is almost completely the child in the fable, pointing out insistently that the emperor has no clothes.
