Does "U.S. Taxpayer's Party" = "Constitution Party"?

Please excuse my ignorance about this, but I see that our state's (Michigan's) ballots for this fall's general election show Chuck Baldwin and other Constitution Party candidates are being listed as "U.S. Taxpayer's Party" candidates.
Is this the result of some kind of clerical issue where the party's name has changed to Constitution Party yet needs to retain the Taxpayer's Party name for some time to hold onto ballot access in our state?
Thanks for any enlightenment you might be able to provide to me and others who might be similarly confused to find "U.S. Taxpayer's Party" on the ballot instead of "Constitution Party".

it doesn't matter

what they call it as long as your vote isn't going to the "Republicrat Party"

Yes.

The CP was originally named the U.S. Taxpayer's Party, but changed to the Constitution Party. In some states, in order for the name to change, they would have to restart the party (in some states it takes a lot to start up a minor party).
