Im not paying my taxes

Ive had it up to HERE and Im not taking it anymore.I make decent money before taxes are taken out of the paycheck.If I have to I will pay fines later down the road,But Im no longer going to pay federal income tax until something changes for the better around here.Enough is a enough. » |

Reduce Income Tax Payments
Reduce the amount the IRS collects from every paycheck by INCREASING your W-4 excemptions.
Typcially this is 1 or 2, depending on the number of dependents, but can be as high as 5 or 6. Google for more info.
Don't give the govt an interest free loan, pay most your income taxes April 14th not every two weeks.

I'm going to need a bailout in order to pay my taxes this
year. All I have is some mortgage backed securities, but there are some minor problems with them. Perhaps they will take those in exchange and give me some money for them.

Almost all jobs take federal income tax out of employees checks
how do I get around this? I've never had a job where it was'nt automatically taken out

You can become an independent contractor if your employer
will agree. The withholding law was a temporary measure when it was first adopted......you know, like the bailout? They (the state) has the guns and the people trained to use them. They will take what they want. The notion of a constitution, of law and justice, has become an historical artifact. I do not have employees any more. I only use independent contractors.

Jail
I made an error once in my taxes, I guess, and the IRS wrote a letter asking for another $150 dollars or so to repair the error. No big deal.
I wonder if we could pay $1776, as a protest, and then make up the difference later when they write a letter asking for more.
If millions of people made an intentional error like that, it might send a strong message.
I'm not into going to jail. I already did 4 years in the USMC, and I'm not into losing my freedoms like that again.

I did the same thing, after 911. I just wound up giving the thieves $100K, as all the "great" support organizations don't do anything for you. You'll be much better off joining WE THE PEOPLE and attending the END THE FED rally on November 22, 2008. Use the money you save for defensive gear when the cops (and federal troops) start getting rough.

Im not paying either
I have a pregnant wife at home strugling to pay medical bills like lots of you probably, I'm not paying a tax on my income either in 2009. I'm too poor to fail and nobody is going to bail me out so I have to prepare my own rescue plan. I'm sure IRS and goverment will understand that after their 700 billion bail out of private fiancials.
You'll pay taxes whether you like it or not
Refuse to pay...great for them...they add on penalties and interest that would make a loan shark blush. After a while, they'll make your employer dock your check and eventually just take your assets.
Plus, you have all the overpriced stuff you have to buy to live. Food, gas, etc. are all overpriced as unofficial taxes.
Not to mention the inflation tax.
They have all the angles figured out. You are on their plantation. But instead of using the stick or the carrot to motivate you to work, they primarily use illusion. The illusion of freedom, of hope, of stardom, of being special, of making it big, etc. That is why they defend their media so vigorously, why they primarily speak in extremely controlled ways, etc.
It really isn't so bad.
On such a big scale, any mistake seems big compared to our lives. And nearly any move can be painted as horrible.
I'm beginning to think we are over-reacting...maybe even Ron Paul too.

I got a link to it in my mailbox last week and put off going there because of eveything else going on and when I seen it here this am I just had to go. Love the page that goes on forever with scanned images of refund checks and statements of overpaid taxes.

Anything over 30 bucks and is "mailable" I now search online to buy first. You can buy virtually anything now-a-days at Amazon or EBay.

great info. this doesn't
great info. this doesn't apply to me, I'm a contractor/self-employed, i pay estimated taxes quarterly and they're under my control, but I'll forward this info to my friends who get a paycheck with withholdings.
So you're paying
TONS of taxes that those classified as "employees" don't have to pay.....The self-employed get the double-whammy.
There are ways to minimize....Find a good accountant if you don't already have one.
