Ron Paul takes over TV news ~ multiple videos from CNN, MSNBC & FOX Business from NationBuilder, CO 9/23/08
First they ignore you, then they ridicule you, then they fight you, then you win. -- Mahatma Gandhi
Ron Paul's finally won, as evident by the US financial meltdown and Ron's status as a go-to-guy on real economic wisdom. If only they had listened to him sooner we would be a bit better off. Time to repeal the Federal Reserve Act and the Internal Revenue Act -- it is the only solution.
In the meantime, economic power players will attempt to centralize power and steal all they can from you and me. It's hard to believe that the investment banking sector is gone...
Dr. Paul will also be on CNBC today at 2PM EST on Street Signs.

Not armies, not nations, have advanced the race; but here and there, in the course of ages, an individual has stood up and cast his shadow over the world.

Why?
Why now? RP meets with Bush then within a few days he is all over the news. I DO NOT TRUST THE MEDIA!
Could it be a move to stir up opposition? The media baiting us into an uprising?
Careful. Strange times ahead.
Does my burka make my butt look fatwa?

Careful Now...
...think about whom we're dealing with.
It is to the powers that be advantage, as well as the MSM, to have Dr. Paul bringing his point of view to the fore today. His message validates the message that THERE IS A CRISIS; which in turn can be used to validate the response of MORE GOVERNMENT INTERVENTION.
or to paraphrase Atlas Shrugged: "We don't have time to think, we have to DO something!"
The pols get more ammunition for their message of further regulation - and more control; the MSM gets NEWS!!.
Although "we" see Dr. Paul all over the place, I have a feeling
its kinda like when you get a "new" car: All of a sudden you start to take notice to all the same kind of cars that YOU have. We're more sensitive to RP (in addition to the alerts we receive in here). Has anyone asked a sheeple if they've noticed more RP on TV?

It is amazing isn't it that the msm is seeking out his obvious expertise on current financial events when they were also the ones mocking him during the Republican debates on financial and market issues. Anyway there has been a steady stream of great articles on www.rense.com about current affairs ... check out Lame Cherry there!
I've seen a concern on the
faces of old media too. Remember, they have money and investments of which they have great concern and fear of loss.
Oprah had Suzie on a couple days ago; while she got it wrong about why the crap hit the fan, she did give very good advice about holding onto your assets and living within your means.
She also gave the dumb speech about how 401k etc. will "eventually" grow again - yeah, if we live long enough!
I even saw that "concerned" look on Oprah's face too. Perhaps she's had contact with Obama and it is obvious he has NO answers or plan.
I figure all these guys have some dough and are feeling the affects also.

I just wish these talk show hosts didn't always feel that they were obliged to end...with the oh...so predictable swipe at the gold standard....bo-ring.

Time for Ron to feed them the next step buzzwords.
Ron has started getting economics lessons through with punch lines like ("where does the money come from?") "out of thin air!", "dilute the dollar", and of course "inflation tax". What's driven me nuts is that this, unfortunately, doesn't get the idea across to the less dot-connecting viewers.
The point of the printing-press money (or equivalent) is not just that it comes from thin air and dilutes the dollar, but that the dilution of the dollar means that the new money gets its value by "stealing it from the rest of the money". From your savings, your paycheck, your retirement plan, your social security benefits, etc.
Unfortunately all he had the chance for, up to recently, was soundbites. So that was the best he could do.
But now he's getting more time. So he can go to that next step. It's nice to see he's starting to do that. (I just wish he could come up with something as catchy and in-your-face as the "thin air" line.)
He's also comparing the inflation to an addicting drug and the bailouts as another fix - making the addict even more hooked at progressively higher cost. Good one.
But then there's "Wall Street dumping (their problems) on Main Street". Good also - but the words are slightly off: They're not "dumping" on Main Street. They're "sticking up" Main Street. They're robbing the businesses to get their next fix.
The Fed banks are the drug gang. "Thin Air" money is the drug. The institutions asking for bailout are the addicts. The addicts are running a protection racket on the Main Street businesses and sticking up the workers, soccer moms, and retired folks. The bailout is the drug gangs and the addicts trying to corrupt the cops and city hall and get them to help them run their drug business.
Put it in those terms and its accessible to virtually any voter - and perhaps even to a legislator and his office staff. B-) (Even if they think taking the bribes from the druggies is a good idea, they understand that getting caught by the voters is a bad idea.)
I hope that's where he's going. And that he gets there in time to head off the bailouts. (Unfortunately you have to take time to put each idea in place and nail it down before you can hang the next one from it. And the bailout vote is coming up now.)
Meanwhile, perhaps a few of us jumping the gun while calling the congresscritters to lobby against the bailout may convince them that bailouts are NOT the thing to be on record voting for (either because they're a bad idea, or because the jig is up).

This is the payoff for the Minnesota Rally
I bet if Ron Paul had quietly gone away after the Primaries we would not be seeing him as much in the mainstream. He didn't go away and kept up a high profile, especially with the Rally for the Republic, and now newscasters are bringing him onto their shows. That rally is paying dividends for the revolution.

Ron Paul's persistance, determination...and creativity
~
his words:
In both political education and organization, coalitions are worthwhile and necessary to have an impact. “Talking to the choir” alone achieves little. I have always approached political and economic education with a “missionary” zeal by inviting any group in on issues we agree upon.
This opens the door to legitimate discourse with the hope of winning new converts to the cause of liberty. This strategy led to the press conference with the four candidates agreeing to the four principles we believe are crucial in challenging the political system that has evolved over many years in this country.

Ron Paul was right
I think they are allowing him to say these things....
.
......so prominently on national TV because it's almost like a postmortem on our nation.
Crooks always like to tell how they pulled-off the heist, so they're allowing Ron Paul to let everyone know how it's being done.
They are so arrogant at this point that they think it's too late for us to stop them.
You would have NEVER, EVER seen anyone talk like Ron Paul on national television before they had their power completely consolidated.

Because he isn't a threat and if they failed to show him now
they would be acknowledging a conspiracy to marginalize him.
Because they feel he is impotent and to get OUR vieweship AGAIN
Same reason the Garlicky/Ham sandwhiched breathed Michael Savage has been making a case for "free-markets" lately.
The War is what is bankrupting us and Savage's "my moral compass wobbles" pro-war/pro-bush -- anti-bush stances are constipating the thought process of around 20M people weekly.
Savage works for Bain Capitol as they bought out Clear Channel (or they were going to) and Bain is owned by Romney (or at least he is a powerful board member).

well, imagine that!
