*Ralph Nader On Alex Jones Show 9/23/08*

As you know, the neocons have a pretty funny idea what a free market is, and what capitalism is...Nader, who is a capitalist, understands that Tesla is not competing with Edison, and Industrial hemp is not competing with corn for biofuel...so where is the capitalism? The war on drugs is a great example, how socialism bails out NEO capitalism.

As a former Dead Head, I lived laisse faire capitalism in the Grateful Dead parking lots, where there were no taxes, no rules, no regulations, and I could buy anything I wanted, or I could trade, barter...there were 80K of us who lived like this for over a decade. I could earn $3K a concert or nothing at all...my choice. I LOVED it and I miss it very much.

The reason why it needs socialism to bail it out is because there should have never been one drop of socialism ever aloud into it. What it proves is socialism cannot exist in a free society. It is the anti christ of freedom. It's a failed ideology. All it produces is starvation and decline. I really think all of us need to pay attentions to what these people are saying. This is the 4th time and the 4th person I have heard talk about the people should get shares in these companies for bailing them out. We need realize what these people are trying to do. They are taping into the core of capitalism. They know what makes capitalism work is a persons desire to have compassion for ones family first. Socialism teaches we are suppose to have compassion for others first. Socialism is totally against the bible. A man and wife are one flesh. A mans first responsablility is first to God then to his wife and children then to others then to himself. In other words a man should put himself last accept in the case of his families well being. That is the only time a man should not put others above himself. A mans first resposablitity is compassion for his family and because him and his wife are one flesh that would also be reflected as self compassion. Alot of people see this as selfishness but that is bacwards thinking. Socialism teaches you to turn your back on your wife and children and to neglect your responsablitiies to your family because it is selfishness. It teaches you should take care of others first then with what you have left help your wife and children. Jesus told us to love or wifes as he loved the church. Well I can tell you Jesus will put the church above all else. I can assure you every woman everywere in the world would not want to have a husband that would let there household fall apart while her husband was across the street helping the neighbors family get their house in order. This is a fundamental Teaching of the bible and capitalism. Each family should take care of their responsabilities (family) first. That does not mean we hord our money until we are rich. It only means we do it until our needs are met and our families have peice of mind then our whole family should look outwards to help others as a unit this strengthens the family and forms strong community ties. When I hear them talking about making the American people getting stock options for the bailout money all I see them doing is playing into the same mechanism that makes these elites evil. They are going to tap into your greed! If the American people bit at this ideology and they let their greed take over they will find themselves in business with the most corrupt people on this planet. Also there will be a price to pay on the back side of this. You will be in business with the government and you will be an officer in the government Corp. and they will actually have legal jurisdiction to tax you. You will have given them this legal right to tax you. They will not be breaking the law anymore when they tax you and it will be because of our greed. Our families will suffer and it will be our fault and there will be no way out of it. Once they give every American their stock for the bailout and they will use the system to crash the American peoples stock but they will have still established jurisdiction over the American people. Think about the RNC do you really think these people are going to actually share there money with you? What do you think all the people at home are thinking when they hear these people talk about letting the American people become stock holders in these large banks. Greed! They are using the carret and the stick. The'll bring you out of the hole with the carret and club you with the stick. How is it in your families interest to enslave them to taxation of a government for all eternity? We need to stop this kind of thinking and we need to reject all forms socialism now. We should reject it and demand that is leave our shores and never come back so we can take care of our responsabilities which is our families first then our neighbors. I also think this would be alot easier to do if we put our Creator first. We should hold to the beleif of our life, liberty and persute of happiness that our Forefathers told us come frome our creator. Our nation needs to make up its minde really fast what we believe in because this nation is running out of time. We have some pretty good examples of what happens to a people when they drag their feet on this issue. While we set and debate all of our divisions these people are attacking. If I raised a gun to your head and while I raised it I told you a story about how I was going to give you some money would you set and think about the money I was talking about our would you worry about the gun I am raising to your head. We are dealing with evil here people we need to stop listening to them and start paying attention to what is actually in their hands.

I would love to see a civilized debate.

I imagine both camps would continue to believe their man.

But the content would be incredibly rich, as opposed to total crap that's played out on the mainstream media in general and on the presidential race.

It is a great interview that demands urgent attention and the word must get out to the people.
We are today perhaps at the very edge of financial abyss.
Activism in preventing the bailout should be a common thread among all of us no matter who we support.

As a Canadian I am terrified of what the future holds for both of our interconnected economies.
