Chuck Baldwin is not a Theocrat.
What are you naysayers (you know who you are) doing trying to halt support for Baldwin?
Dr. Paul supports him because he knows that Chuck is for a small, limited, constitutional government.
Saying that he is a Theocrat just because he's a Christian is to ignore everything he (Chuck Baldwin) has said this entire election cycle.
More to the point, the Constitution Party, including Chuck Baldwin offered Ron Paul their party's nomination if he wanted it.
Did you see the Libertarian Party or Bob Barr reaching out to Dr. Paul like that.
Get behind Baldwin. He's not a Theocrat, and after Barr's snub of Dr. Paul's press conference and Dr. Paul's subsequent endorsement of Baldwin, Barr's campaign is toast.
Let's see how much of vote we can get Baldwin.

I support Dr. Paul and Chuck
I support Dr. Paul and Chuck Baldwin in spite of their Christian beliefs because I think they know the difference between personal religious convictions and a Constitutional government. I believe that religion and liberty are not compatable, but I don't believe that Dr. Paul or Baldwin will place religious beliefs before the Constitution, and I will support anyone who runs on a platform of supporting liberty and the Constitution and has a track record to back that up.

You misunderstand
No one thinks Baldwin is a Theocrat because he is Christian. What you are doing is called a fallacy of association. It that were true I would have to accuse every individual in my family of wanting to be a theocratic ruler. Many people think Baldwin is a Theocrat because the Constitution Party is theocratic in nature and based on collectivism and not individualism. Small, limited government is a good thing - just not the kind of collectivist government the Christitution Party believes in.
That being said - I may still vote for him. He, personally and not the party, are in my 70% range of agreement. I just hope he isn't blowing smoke.
