"Day one after the attacks of 9/11, we were told that Bin Laden and Al Qaeda was behind the terrorist attacks. The mainstream media showed us video tapes of Usama Bin Laden taking credit for the attack, and Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld and George W. This is the entire statement from the FBI most wanted page for Bin Laden:
"Usama Bin Laden is wanted in connection with the August 7, 1998, bombings of the United States Embassies in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, and Nairobi, Kenya. These attacks killed over 200 people. In addition, Bin Laden is a suspect in other terrorist attacks throughout the world."

So killing over 200 people is enough to get him on the list, but killing over 3,000 doesn't even deserve a mention? "Suspect" does not mean "guilty and charged". So we invade two countries because we THINK Bin Laden MAY or MAY NOT be responsible for 9/11. Does anyone else find something wrong with this?

I think this is one of those...'oooops, better spin that statement' moments, but for the sake of arguement, let's say that he had actually said Saddam Hussein..... ok, our bad..... we painted you and your country as part of the "axis of evil" that aided the 9/11 terrorists, we lied and said you had non-existant WMD's so we could invade your country and blow it to hell without provocation, kill about a million of your people and really don't plan on leaving, either..... sorry bout that! Oh well, just another day at the (oval) office. There is no way around it... Cheney and Bush are war criminals and should be hanged.

Could it be that he just misspoke and said OBL instead of Saddam
? The question was about Saddam's involvement and his answer was addressing Saddam's involvement. If he was admitting that OBL had no involvement in 9/11, why did he clarify that he meant Saddam near the end of the interview? Also, when and how were the OBL tapes,where he admits his involvement in 9/11, proven to be fakes? I thought the truther line was that the tapes are real but OBL and Al-Qaeda are run by the CIA.
