Credit Drug Rehab

I wrote this to my congress reps.

Say NO to Bush. NO BAILOUT!

This bailout is the worst thing that could be done to the American people. It is a FRAUD!

The American people do not need more credit, they need to live within their means – and so does our government. Credit is like a drug – it is addicting and requires more and more as you get hooked on it. Our people are hooked, but worse than that our government is hooked on this horrid drug. It is time to get off this drug high and go to rehab.

Yes it will be painful. Yes we will go through withdrawals. Yes people will know that we are in rehab – the whole world will know – BUT they already know we are credit addicted addicts and they laugh at us each time we need a new “hit”. We are becoming more and more dependant on the credit drug lords.

It is time to come clean. It is time we went to rehab. It is time we stop this credit drug addiction.
