A LIE WITHIN A LIE: The people at DailyPaul are asleep. My last post.
I've come to the conclusion that this whole "charade" of the Ron Paul movement is just the unraveling of the lies within the corporate government of this country. The real lie is the government itself, it literally is not our government our founders created! To understand the greater picture and its importance we must start making drastic changes.
http://www.dailypaul.com/node/63793
Sadly, I feel that the Freedom movement is doomed to fail. Posters have been trying to show people on this forum the truth and what we can do to take back our country but it falls on deaf ears consistently.
Everything your fighting for can be concentrated into one very powerful movement, reseating the original jurisdiction government of the united States. When are people here going to wake the hell up and realize that our goals can be met with such ease instead of trying to battle a huge corporate monster with near unlimited resources. Would some of you please go to www.TeamLaw.org and do some reading.
What would be some of the things accomplished by reseating the Original Jurisdictional Government?
1. No more debt. Our country is not allowed to have debt.
2. No more foreign intervention.
3. No more withholding of technology.
3a. Cure for cancer, possibly.
3b. No more oil dependence.
3c. Faster technological innovation.
3d. Cheaper services.
4. Bring back individual responsibility.
5. No more big government programs.
6. EXTREMELY less taxation.
7. Higher standard of living across this country.
8. Better education for our children.
9. Better quality of food for our bodies.
10. Better health care system.
These are just a few things that the corporate government does to limit us as individuals. The list can go on and on.
This is going to be probably my last post here. This place is nothing but a venue to waste all of everyone's energy going in circles when it could be put to much more good use. However, if the admin's of this site did some research and geared this site toward reseated the original jurisdiction government much more could be accomplished.
So now I challenge the Admin's. Abid by your banner and truely Dedicate this site towards reinstituting the constitutional government of the united States. It's time we seriously restore the republic.

TEAM LAW- Finally, The answer
I have been studying at Team Law for the last couple months, its the real deal.
It saddens me that many of the people here on the Daily Paul are still caught up in this "virtual conspiracy" and they fail to see the truth.
Ron Paul frequently states that the american people "debate the platitudes and miss the real issues". THIS IS WHAT HE IS TALKING ABOUT.
The people that control our country are NOT part of our de jure government as per the constitution of 1787. The people currently in power are masquerading as our government and their goal is complete communism.

Anyone else involved in TEAM LAW, please PM me and lets talk.
decsended into DIGG fest
I think the DP often descends into an orgy of "CAPS LOCKS" this, and "DIGG NOW" that. It will take much more than clicking on the internet to win back our country. Obviously writing our representatives does nothing. This bail-out is today's version of the stamp act, and because this debt is being shoved onto us against our will, the solution at this point is 1776. The sheep are just figuring it out.
The DP is what it is, I like it, and I'll continue coming here daily until they shut down the net, even though it has it's share of drama queens at times.

Oh I know it will take more.
But what I've learned since I've been here will help the cause of liberty more so than I could have ever done on my own. As much as I despise this I will say it... wahor.

OH my GOD Oruval I think you have now crossed over! Should I congratulate you?
I see a lot of value in this
I am going to a fundraiser for a man running for state attorney general here in Ohio. I will pass this website on to all and anyone there. By the way the man running is a Ron Paul supporter. I see a lot of merit in this, while I am still a little confused as to how it works. Yes, there are many on this site that think we can type our way to restoring America, I would like to call them drama kings and queens. I hope to never fall into that category, and realize we have to sweat to get this done. Can we donate to your site? I cannot sign up to become an elected official, my time is too messed up, but I would like to help. Feel free to email me through this site and let me know what I can do to help. Keep up the great work!!!! Stick around, there are still some doers on this site.
Those who expect to reap the blessings of freedom must. like men, undergo the fatigue of supporting it.-Thomas Paine
The R3volution requires action, not observation!!!!
Keep in mind its a different organization.
Thats still state attorney of the corporate Ohio, not of the original jurisdiction government.
People like that can make a different by filling seats in the OJ government and being active.

I reserve the right to govern myself.
I think it is YOU who still must do some learnin'
I think "Real Politics" is what you need to learn and get real experience in. Perhaps also lots of others at the Daily Paul who need to get experience in REAL POLITICS and learn a lesson or two..
Where can you get this experience?
Drum roll please..... at your local Little League, Soccer League, or Pop Warner League.
What will that teach you? REAL POLITICS.
Spend a year or better yet two becoming a board member, board president, and even coach. Its all voluntary and its all for a "good cause", so why not?
I submit you will learn REAL POLITICS. You will learn how people really are, how they think, and most of all, how they don't think. (Which is exactly how you happen to think).
Sure there is a Little League National Rule book and your particular league probably has a "Constitution".
Then while you are a board member watch as most everyone, while things are good, never ever EVER follow (or read) the Constitution.
Watch and learn how disputes arise and how people solve them. Answer: One way is for all to see, the other is the "private secret talk we had and agreements we made".
Watch and learn how people gain POWER. (Private talks) Watch and learn how people allow those others to HAVE POWER. (Gossipy backstabbing goes both ways)...
Watch and learn how Power is transfered over to the NEW board President from year to year.
Again, its all voluntary, so why not? Go get a real life LESSON.
And its not as if its lame. Its anything but. You think you are passionate about the Federal Reserve? Wait until you talk to Johnny's dad and tell him why Johnny is not playing first base, or not the wide receiver, or not the goalie.
And its not as if there is no MONEY at stake and at Risk. These small little governments" have budgets that run $10,000 to $100,000 in some towns. Just who is the treasurer? What expenses are being expensed? What income, is not shown? Where is the money? and Why is it that her boys all have the nicest uniforms, shoes, and all the best equipment? And why is everyone not as upset about it as me? Just who is the equipment manager anyway and is that why her son is starting the game and your calls for Every Board Member to follow the Constitution falls on deaf ears? Watch and learn as the Board and parents spout the sport's ideology on the one hand, and act out on the other.
My point above is to say to your point about United States (citizen kings) vs the United States of America (citizens with a small "c") is this....
SO WHAT ? !!! People do not work that way.
Get a lesson in REAL POLITICS.... learn how they do work. Learn how little any Constitution or IDEAOLOGY means to them.
When you figure that out... lets talk about advancing this R3VOLution further...
Meanwhile, I will be here at the daily paul
In Peace & Liberty,
Treg
I'm sorry.
I do not want to participate in "real" politics. Real politics is a sport for those in the Corporate government. I prefer to stick with the morals, values, and ideals of the founding fathers. As such I do see your point about starting small and working your way up. I'll keep that in mind should I run for OJ governor of NJ and try my best to fill my cabinet with like minded Citizens (with a upper case "C") who also feel the same way I do.
Another thing worth noting is your quote of
"My point above is to say to your point about United States (citizen kings) vs the United States of America (citizens with a small "c") is this....
SO WHAT ? !!! People do not work that way."
Thats fine, but at least give people the choice on which type of Citizen they would like to be, a slave or a king.
I think you really need to do some soul searching because what your implying is that we should all shut up and stick with what we got just because it is what it is. Sorry buddy, I (and probably a hell of a lot of other Americans as well) don't want to settle for less and want to strive for more. I hope that you are a young man or woman with a lot of growing to do, if not, then I feel sorry for your children.
I reserve the right to govern myself.
I reserve the right to govern myself.
No, still don't get it do you?
First, I was not implying for anyone should shut up, indeed it was you who flatly stated you where going to shut up at the DP and go away.
Next, I didn't imply anything, I flatly stated your point begs a big,"SO WHAT?" Meaning, your point is totally irrelevant.
And why is that? (you might ask)
Well as I explained, you don't get REAL POLITICS. Now, Why do I pick the Little League to show you Real Politics? Because it has zero, ZERO to do with libertarianism, constitutional republic, your particular constitutional beliefs or any ideology that you may have. Thus, you can see clearly how people ARE. When I say ARE, I mean ARE as a factual thing, not an OUGHT, as a should be, "I think they can be", or "I hope they will be". NO. I say how HUMANS ARE. How Mankind is, has been and will continue to be. (either as "spiritual beings" or "evolved primates" --whatever, How they ARE. Get it? Ponder that for a moment. It means, if humans have a particular Political Nature,.... and you can't see it, you can't anticipate it, then you can't solve anything either.
Take for example the very recent Ron Paul interview on Fox with Niel C on the front page of DP now. (great interview by the way, with McCain and Obama each separately walking around on the cell phone 'behind the scenes"). As Paul says, its all being done behind the scenes. The bill itself will not be brought up until an hour before the vote, no one can have a chance to read it, they will vote on it and rush it through. That's humans doing "Real Politics" for you, get it? That's how humans operate. That's your local Little League Board. That's your school board too. Again that's how humans operate. Even your cherished 1787 Constitution, just one big backroom deal. First, it cleared away the Articles of Confederation......oh well that another story, but its the same...the SAME OLD STORY. Get it? Humans have particular political nature, this is how they operate, this is how they get things done. They have a duality in their nature, give a salute to the Great Gods of Baseball, then a salute to the Great Book of Baseball Rules, and then go out on game day and curse the game of baseball and argue about the baseball rules. What do you think keeps Zeus so entertained these days?
And no, I am probably am older than you, certainly wiser in this one area at least, and my 3 boys don't need pity from you or anyone.
Most of all, let me make it clear. I was NOT telling you to start your political career low, then rise up through the ranks to governor. No ... I was telling you to simply LEARN. Learn HOW people operate via Real Politics. Please reread my first response asking you, where is the little league money? How did he make the team, get the position, become president, and how did the board PRE-decide that issue prior to the vote or the issue coming to the board? How is that done? Why is it always done that way? No matter the culture, the century, the people?
Its only by understanding HOW people Naturally operate politically, their "Political Nature", that we can advance our mutual cause for Human Freedom.....(and Human Freedom does not come "naturally").
Yes your point is well taken, just as the point someone else made about the 16th amendment not being ratified. SO WHAT? Given human political nature, if a crisis occurred and they needed to "fix that", trust me, they would. But since the masses are not getting off "scott free" and are in fact paying their taxes, they don't do anything about it. They don't see any "need" to change it, "fix it". Similarly, if everyone in America suddenly realized, "Oh my gosh batman, Freemanonland is right! We better do something now!" .... A little Question: Do you THINK these humans, American humans, are some how a wiser subspecies and so they would free themselves or "fix it"?..... Or do you think they would enslave themselves? If you think "free themselves", then you don't know humans and you don't know how human politics works.
Let me bring out some good ol' Dr Milton Friedman on your ass. Dr. Friedman pointed out again and again, "The Natural State of Mankind is Tyranny, not Freedom. Freedom is the exception, not the rule. This is why we must be extra diligent in protecting and securing our freedoms we do have". Oh yes, and this "nutjob" said the same thing... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CTmQM76htbk
So knowing this, knowing how human beings ARE, knowing how human REAL POLITICS work, you and I, can then set out to plot the R3VOLution.
SURE... you and "probably a hell of a lot of other Americans as well don't want to settle for less freedom and want to strive for more". (but their natural tendencies always seem to screw it up, why is that?)
SURE...you "reserve the right to govern" yourself. (but you are a social being, & there's the rub)
SO.... do you know HOW to get there?
Well I say please don't leave the DP, just because we don't get your solution. And don't stop talking to us because you are frustrated. And most of all, don't assume you know more or have all the answers.
Yes I am still working on that one. (wink)
In Peace & Liberty,

It was an implosion that spilled out from behind closed doors into public view in a way rarely seen in Washington.

If you have not, I would invite you to also buy the book "The Red Amendment" and join the Forum there too. You must have purchased and read, or are reading, the book to join the forum though. And to any others that want to do something REAL to get our government back, please study and join. Its really more about being your own Leader, instead of finding one to lead you. I've stated on here bafore and yet no one really listens, its all about getting our Courts back, the Common Law Courts. The "Statute Courts" are the private law system of the Corporate Government. We will continue to be ruled by a Corporate Government until we can have our days in the Common Law Courts.
Once you begin to study it, it becomes obvious.

The problem is not me giving up on doing my part, but looking at this site and realizing that the people here (as a whole) seem to be just as asleep as the people we're trying to wake up. This information is out there, now. Maybe the site isn't professional, maybe their are some errors in the text in terms of spelling and punctuation, however, the information is real and the goal is viable.
The only reason why the current ACTIVE OJ government isn't able to really exert any power is because not all the seats have been filled to the point of self sufficiency. The corporate government has been running things so long and the OJ government has been dormant for so many years that it will take some time for power to shift. Don't let that sway you, if an influx of people from the Freedom movement started filling seats in the OJ government things would start to change VERY fast.
I am by no means giving up, I have pretty much made it my life's goal to reseat the OJ government, with or without the freedom movements help. It's hard to grasp a person's personality based on a forum topic but I am one of the most determined and hard headed people I know. Whoever mentioned that I was doing this for attention: Their correct. The reason so is because it seems that an extremely viable option such as the one presented at www.TeamLaw.org is being over looked. People would much rather take the hard route as opposed to Really going back to our roots.
Its just fraustrating when you speak and no one listens.

NO WAY IN HELL -- ARTICLE 1, SECTION 8...
No way in hell is our country not allowed to have debt. Article 1, Section 8 explicitly states:
"The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;"
To pay the debts... that's right.
You know, all these Johnny-come-latelys who claim to have yet another solution after yet another solution should be accountable. The distractions are a crime against all of us who want to straighten our situation out. That means defending not only the gold standard often proposed by Paul supporters echoing Ron Paul; it means showing even how we can get there from here.
I lost interest in these claims very quickly. Credible authorities back up what they have to teach us. What credible authority would presume from any body of law that we are not allowed to assume debt; and furthermore, what credible authority would presume that debt itself is the crime against us? Is it debt, or is it a monetary system which can only damage us to an ever greater degree because it can only multiply debt in proportion to a circulation?
I have recently posted two articles in regard to this question:
http://perfecteconomy.com/pg-evaluation-of-jeffersons-opinio...
http://perfecteconomy.com/pg-ellen-hodgson-brown-web-of-debt...
Anyone who does not know about Jefferson's "Opinion on the Constitutionality of a National Bank" (which he produced for President Washington before the founding of "our first" National Bank), or at least who is not ready to answer its questions, hasn't scratched the surface of these issues. Anyone who cannot answer the questions raised in the second document hasn't either.
If we're going to straighten out our country, let's cut the bull and get to the chase.

Team Law isn't a
Team Law isn't a Johnny-come-lately. They have been around since 1993.
And mathematically perfected
And mathematically perfected economy has been around since 1979. If their monetary solution is an obviously erroneous assertion of constitutional law, that government cannot assume debt, that makes them a Johnny-come-lately unless they can invalidate mathematically perfected economy.
Here's just a few links to others who have tried:

http://perfecteconomy.com/pg-invalidation-of-griffin-creatur...
http://perfecteconomy.com/pg-ellen-hodgson-brown-web-of-debt...
Did we raise our hand in math class to answer the question wrong, which fifteen years before was answered right? If so, we didn't come saying it's not legal for the government to assume debt; we didn't come pretending to answer these questions not even distinguishing between debt or inherent, irreversible, escalating multiplication of debt as the problem. After all, we owe far more than the value of our own production, only because debt is inherently and irreversibly multiplied by interest.
You don't predict monetary collapse if you don't know that. Sure, you can guess. But there's a difference between understanding how it happens (so that you can solve it), and merely seeing things pointed the wrong direction, and shouting the sky is falling because money was printed out of thin air.

That is not what their monetary solution is. Why don't you take the time to read their material, before you discount them.

start learning our history and the law;
Team Law can help you do both; and,
together we can win our country back."
I would suggest they start learning the law themselves if the poster's assertion comes from or concurs with material at their site.
As for patenting land solving our present crisis, how do you propose it has any power whatever to avert multiplication of debt by interest?
Caution: the question is rhetorical.

Unfortunately, you are
Unfortunately, you are quoting FreeMan's post and not Team Law's work. No where on Team Law's site do they state that.
Why don't you go to the source, before you start making claims? Is it really that hard? Infact, read the following and then decide:
http://teamlaw.org/history.htm
This Act and it's subsequent amendments further established the government for the district of Columbia in 1801 which Congress was given total authority over in the Constitution of the United States Article 1, Section 8. http://memory.loc.gov/cgi-bin/ampage?collId=llsl&fileName=00...,
Here is a link to the orignal Titles of Nobility Amendment, otherwise known as the 13th Amendment: http://memory.loc.gov/cgi-bin/ampage?collId=llsp&fileName=03... and when Viriginia gave it the final ratifying vote they published the new Amendment in Acts Passed at a General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Here are some links to the first publication of the new Amendment, granted they are images from a third party source, as I have not been able to make it to an archive or law library to chekc this:
http://www.amendment-13.org/va1819images/va19stdept1.jpg
http://www.amendment-13.org/va1819images/va19stc1.jpg
http://www.amendment-13.org/va1819images/va19stbwlcert.jpg
http://www.amendment-13.org/va1819images/va19std13p30.jpg
Then, in 1871 Congress passed the District of Columbia Organic Act http://memory.loc.gov/cgi-bin/ampage?collId=llsl&fileName=01.... The district already had it's organic (or organizational) Act back in 1801. If they were simply re-organizing, they would have simply amended the original act like they had done previously.
Read this summary of this Supreme Court Case regarding DC: http://supreme.justia.com/us/346/100/
Then, we have the Constitution for New Jersey (for example): http://www.njleg.state.nj.us/lawsconstitution/constitution.asp, which establishes how the state government functions and how it is to be amended to meet any needed changes.
And, finally, in 1969 the Governor consolidates all the departments, due to the "changing times," to fall under his authority. http://lawlibrary.rutgers.edu/cgi-bin/diglib.cgi?collect=njl... This isn't in compliance with the procedures set forth in our original jurisdiction government state's Constitution. If they were changing the procedures of the original jurisdiction state, rather than forming a private corporation, they would have merely amended the state Constitution in the proper fashion set forth in said Constitution.
I've already provided many
I've already provided many claims from the site. Here's another:
"NORFED's Liberty Dollar
For those that want to deal with real money, you will either have to join the fight or look to another source!
Sometimes, the only thing people can do is learn the law and stand together with it against tyrany.
The FBI raided NORFED on November 15, 2007
This link leads to NORFED’s statement regarding the raid."
Have you ever read Article 1, Section 10? Take a look; what do you expect? And the rational deduction is these guys know the law? Or have a solution for anything? How will gold coin avert multiplication of debt by interest?
OK. Let's not be sheeple; let's think.
Now, what's this guy Ron Paul been telling us?
The sky is gonna fall because people have been printing money out of thin air?
Yep.
Now, would only a sheeple assume that means something? Or would a critical thinker determine somehow to understand exactly what it means? Or is it impertinent?
I determine the latter; and the man who says so won't answer to me what it means. What does that tell you?
It tells me he's not accountable.
So I go to his web pages and look up what he means; and in fact all I find is that he's advocating a return to the gold standard.
OK, so now I'm supposed to be comforted he has the answer we need? Print less money; don't print paper; only print gold?
Well, there's no money anywhere. If that's the case, and we were printing too much money, how did that happen?
uhhh.... let's not think about it; we're sheeple, and Ron Paul is the shepherd we need.
Oh... ooops. One of visited the CIA Fact Book, and what do you suppose we found there (not that it's necessarily so believable)?
Um... there's only $70 billion of monetary gold in the U.S. Treasury.
Think that will sustain a trillion dollar economy, itself entirely dedicated to um... *servicing yet escalating debt*?
Let's see (even as we're sheep): 1 Trillion divided by 70 billion is... well gosh, 7 percent of the money just to represent the things of value, that we might trade them. That's just of what "we produce" in one year. At the same time, we have just the federal government running up that much in deficits each year, and we have trade deficits to account for, and we have a parallel multiplication of private debt.... And the problem is because there's too much money in circulation, or the money in circulation was too inexpensive to produce?
Oh, sure.
OK. So we have $70 b of monetary gold to back up a gold standard which in fact still exists and never prevented all this in the first place, because the circulation we needed when we still had our gold was far more than the gold we had.
So what do we find furthermore if we were paying any attention the last few months?
Well, as all these obvious things were coming to a head, we also have the Chinese government (understandably) spending a lot of time in Washington, wanting to do something about all the debt they've been asked to purchase. Poor fellows, deceived by our usurers in this way! They want hard assets; and they want them now; and they want gold.
Just on this account alone, we owe so many times the gold we have, it's pathetic.
But even if we had a trillion dollars in gold, because interest has multiplied debt to the point where our entire "economy" isn't enough to service it (which of course is why we're crashing), the "banking" system would eat that gold up in a month, a year, whatever... it doesn't matter: Gold has no power whatever to avert multiplication of debt by interest; and so you have the problem... even while these pathetic "leaders" cry out as if they too aren't going to lead us off the cliff.

That corporation owes the people alot of money. But if you don't want to take the time to read the information I asked you to, there is nothing I can do about that.
Also, it is interesting that you even support Ron Paul, considering he comes from the Austrian School and advocates gold and silver, which is the only legal and lawful tender for the payment of debts according to Article I, Section 10.
Now why in the hell should I
Now why in the hell should I read that when I wrote a book not about its owners, but exposing them only as a tangent to the critical issue — that they imposed this system upon us for the very purpose of unearned gain by perpetual multiplication of debt — until guess what?
No, you're missing the point, because you haven't answered any of the questions, because in fact the site just brings up a lot of issues I raised a long time ago. That's all nothing new.
Evidently it's your site because you're defending it so steadfastly; but you haven't told us what solution it proposes in regard to monetary reform yet.
And what does the rest of Article 1, Section 10 say?
No state shall...
So if Edwin Vieira is Mr. Paul's right-hand man... the leading authority on constitutional money... what are they doing writing this ridiculous New Hampshire bill, that the State Treasurer (who had to help them write it), has yet no idea whatever how it could solve anything it *only* purports to solve (much less is the question of constitutionality even addressed!)?

And that's right... I'm not about to support Ron Paul so long as he refuses to be accountable — that is, to explain exactly how we're going to return to the gold standard; and exactly how that will solve all the issues before us. I spent a lot of time supporting him — wrongly presuming he'd be swayed by better reason than the reason which he has never produced:
