So McCain's being interviewed on some local TV program about the bailout; he's talking about how the bailout proposal needs to be transparent; that we need people like Warren Buffett [ORLY?!], Mike Bloomberg and Mitt Romney to oversee the implementation of the proposal...
...and then InSane admits -- on the air -- that he hadn't even read the proposal yet.
This, although Paulson's proposal had been available for reading for four full days prior to this interview.
And the proposal? Three whole pages long.
