It really is sad to see history repeating itself, and this post is a great example.

Whenever there are major financial problems, it is simply tradition to blame the Jews. Never mind that there are plenty of people of other faiths, and of no faith who hold the same human failings of greed and the desire to steal, use and dominate. Plenty of these "non Jews" are in the banking sector, plenty of them doing their part to pull down the country due to their lust for power and greed.

But never mind them, it must be the fault of the Jews. Actually, it must be the Jewish religion that is at fault. Doesn't matter if your a Jewish janitor, doctor, medic, carpenter, or used car salesman- you're guilty by assosiation.

Indeed, if you are a true Jew, you wouldn't be participating in the rape of the world through the ultimate con of usury that is the Federal Reserve. Why? Your Torah tells you not to: Deut 23:19 Also: Eze 18:8, 18:13

....and the Fed *is* the ultimate tool of "excessive interest" - interest on money created out of nothing.

No true Christian would *ever* try to con his fellow man. Nor atheist, nor muslim or buddist. We know this most recently by the excellent bad guy fighting crusader - GWBush. But alas, he is far from the first to claim Christ then walk all over those who follow him.

Back to History repeating itself:

Germany has financial crises. Hitler blames all Jews. Jews are exterminated.

Only people that are blinded by hatred are actually stupid enough to beleive that a single religion (not corruptable men and the ignorance of the masses) is responsible for all the world's financial woes.

Oh, two more things:

1) The menorah, not the "star of David" is the true sign of the Jews

2) Jesus never celebrated Christmas or Easter, but He did celebrate the feasts, and He did honour the Sabbath by healing and teaching on that day. You won't find one word from His mouth not to do those things. And you won't find one word from His mouth that He came to start a new religion with different holy-days.

if anything, the Fed is stuck in a liquidity trap. The market should drop, and we should go into a recession. That is necessary to clear the system. If we hold off on the bailouts, we should use the opportunity to make sure another bubble is not formed, by riding the wave of populist sentiment to push against the power of the Federal Reserve.

One single womans life in Florida was good enough for an emergency session of Congress over one Easter weekend in 2005. Right wingers all over this nation hoped for a miracle for that one single woman on that Easter weekend in 2005.

I agree on the use of astrology as the beginning of most religions. Isn't it strange that most of the Euro-Asian godmen (Jesus, Mythras, Dionysis, Adonis, etc...) were all new "suns" (equinox) rising in the middle of the constellation Virgo in late December?

Also think about the "Twelves". 12 Apostles, 12 Tribes of Israel, all with some similar characteristics to the 12 dominating astrological signs (depending on cultural differences). Even on the other side of the world in Central America at the same time, Quetzalcoatl had 12 Apostles and was born of a virgin in December.

Now, as far as Saturn being Satan? I don't think that necessarily follows the religions or language of Greeks to Christians.

I don't think they should take any of them off - although I will give them the Hannuka/Christmas/New Years recess. Everyone needs a break by then and I do enjoy that time of year. Since there are many holidays in that time period - they are not showing favoritism.

I can't think of a Christian holiday specifically that they are'nt in session. Acutally, if they went back to Constitutional duties, I think they would only be needed in session about half the year.
