Is all this mayhem preparation for suspended elections?

I think that it might be. Especially seeing McPain and O'bombya are both supporting the "bailout" proposals and that many reps in congress are going against the "party leadership" people. They may see third party candidates rise way up in the polls and decide that's when to suspend it because they might lose the popular vote. Just a thought.

I have about 300 different varieties of winter squash...good long keepers. Plus all of our tomatoes, peppers, herbs, corn and whatnot either canned or dehydrated. Plus everything just in the ground recently...might make more cold frames and plant more too.
