I have a friend who works for them and he just told me last week how safe they were. I hope his job gets transfered over or stays with the remaining wachova.

I heard on Fox Business this morning:

Wachovia's CEO has had the job for a couple of weeks.

I'm sure he still gets his golden parachute, just like the guy who ran WaMu for 21 days.

He's a pal of Paulson.

Are we noticing a pattern yet?

Gold is up a bit.
