Access to Contact Reps site forbidden

Is anyone else having trouble getting to the site for contacting your reps? Suddenly I am getting a "not allowed access" message.

The site looks Jammed. I called Hillary and Chuck, but their numbers were busy. I talked directly to a Rep. Nydia Velazquez assistant, and she was very nice and receptive, and said she'd pass along the message. Then I faxed all three's NY and DC offices... This is like Miracle on 34th street....if democracy isn't real, then where did all these faxes come from? Bags and bags of faxes!
