Notice how everyone is trying to blame everyone else today after their bill failed? And now the media is turning it into a "AHH! the Sky is Falling!" story.
They are trying to scare people into supporting this bailout when it comes in it's new form.
We must re-double our efforts. Get everyone you know to contact your representatives in opposition of the bailout. This isn't over by a long shot.
We've injured the beast, but it hasn't given up, we've just made it angry. Now it's going to attack even harder. BUT WE CAN WIN!
However many times/how much effort you put in the first time, double it. Round 2 is just around the corner. They will try and scare the people and scare members of Congress into voting for this bill. They're going to twist their arms and do whatever it takes to get it passed. We must stop them!

Note the BIG LIE they are pushing... that the 700 point dow drop
was the "biggest ever" -- which while technically true is utterly false in the REAL sense that the market only dropped 5%.
That is a heckuva small drop when compared even to the 1987 drop (which was nearly a 27% drop -- the ACTUAL worst ever) nor the 1929 crash (which had a worst single day drop of 17%).
So what they are implying is a complete LIE... today's drop was small potatoes... it's just more fear-mongering and panic creation (which is a form of... dare I say it, "domestic terrorism").

Know what else is creepy? I watched CSPAN today and noticed NO clapping after reps spoke....now there's all this applause...which to me is just a ploy to change people's minds..or else I've gone completely over the edge and there was clapping this morning when this first aired...lol
