The CONSTITTUTION states
The CONSTITTUTION states that Treason is a crime and the Congress shall set punishment. It does not exclude death. So what the Gentlement caller said was actually just a statment of fact combined with opinion, not a threat.

Amen to that! My old roommates said during the Olympics that they "love" Bush. They also watch Faux News all the time. They also have their heads in the sand 24/7 and lived entirely in a dream world. It was probably the most irritating state of ignorance to have to endure. True story, though, I was SHOCKED that they were serious about loving Bush. Of course they also support McCain/Palin. And of course they will be shocked in the next few months (or hours as it's looking).
