Donald Trump thinks Larry "Pull-it" Silverstein is a 'great' guy
Trump is so over-hyped.
He's only worth about 5 billion or so compared to the rest of the billionaires in the USA and we hardly ever hear about them.
Plus the guy is old money from a millionaire family and lives in the liberal stronghold of NYC where he hob knobs over contracts.
I think he's an okay guy for being rich, but if you read his books it's obvious it is all about screwing people and making deals.
He even has a chapter dedicated to the art of screwing people.

What planet is he on? The price of crude oil cannot fall for very long below the cost of alternatives like ethanol, oil shale oil, and so forth. There is not enough crude oil to meet even greatly reduced demand without supplementation from the alternatives.

at this point.....
I'd take freakin $2.50 a gallon for diesel or regular gas! Still paying about $4 a gallon for diesel here and about $3.60 for regular unleaded.
Same here $3.74 for regular (SC) I filled up my small truck
~last week for $74 and my gas light wasn't even on. We have 3 stations on the corner and yesterday2 were out of gas, the third said they will be out by nightfall.
