Civilian Inmate Labor Program
The Civilian Inmate Labor Program is a program of the United States Army provided by Army Regulation 210-35[1]. The regulation, first drafted in 1997, underwent a "rapid act revision" in January 2005; it provides policy for the creation of labor programs and prison camps on Army installations. The labor would be provided by persons under the supervision of the Federal Bureau of Prisons.

I'm hoping they try to enact martial law...
because maybe it will force you, that think we will affect change any other way than violence, will finally be shut up and tested.

What are you afraid of? Matial law? You have got to be kidding me. Really? Why are you afraid. Do you fear death Mr. Turner? 100 years of slavery or death your choice. To sail the seven sea's on the flying American or death in the streets?

Even though the Japanese attempted some "pot shots", well actually, accomplished some "tid bit pot shots" at Our Mainland via submarines, startin' some fires on the west coast, during World War II of course, they never actually landed. For one reason, a General or whatever he was stated that if they had, "there would be guns awaiting them everywhere they went, "the civilian population"". This was a huge deterrent! This is only from a weak remembrance, but ya can catch the main point easily enough.

It is simply not a logistical possibility, nor would the government have any moral support for such an action, either in the military or the government itself. For the government to impose Martial Law tomorrow the preparations would have had to be in place months ago, or at least weeks ago...have you noticed any military convoys rolling down the roads in the past few months in any part of the country, or stockpiling of supplies? No, that's because it is not going to happen. Even where there are military bases, such as where I live, near a base, no activity that is out of the ordinary can be seen. It would be such a costly mistake for this government to attempt to impose Martial Law that it would no survive such an action because it would split the military and law enforcement instantly. Logistically, it would be almost impossible, under the best of circumstances, for this government to be able to impose Martial Law over a large area of this country.

Use of fear and threat is what "they" do.
There are 20,000 people in my town. There are 50 cops and police administrators. That is 550 to 1 if you actually believe one cop would draw a gun on his neighbor for no reason.
1/2 of my state's national guard is deployed and we have 200 staties. if you actually believe all of these men and women would draw a gun on their families and neighbors.
Martial law requires a large military and police force to impose LAW on the populace. At 900 civilians to 1 (enforcement) in the US, how is it going to happen?
Why would the bad guys want to impose martial law? What the heck would they gain? Control? They already have control for pete's sake.
So let's take the martial law scenario to downtown Houston this Thursday night. Lets send 15 BATF agents (That's all they have for that county) to ONE of the 200 bars to get folks to surrender their firearms. Uh huh. Good luck feds...you are gonna need it.
