White House shut down e-mail server?

I was sending e-mails to Minnesota congressmen, specifically Keith Ellison and I got a reply saying that they temporarily shut down the e-mail server because of "high traffic". Did anyone else get this reply?

and I was able to email Senator McCaskill, maybe we went to the phones. A CA rep. was complaining about all the calls and emails. Keep up the great job Patriots.
