These people don't care that the vast majority of their constituents oppose it; that it's bad for the dollar; bad for the economy; and that it's theft on an unimaginably massive scale. Another step needs to be taken -- what that is I don't know.

For the yes vote the issue is to get a strong majority in senate, so as to put pressure on congress to accept.

not only strongly opposed to the bill, but also said he knows the senate want to adopt it and he hopes the congress will defeat it again! He has balls! He must be quite like his governor IMHO, also mentioned Sarbanes-Oxley to be repealed, Dr Paul voted already against it when it was tabled.

Bailout Bill simplified.

short term public memory. Cornyn is up for election in November. I don't think Kay Hutchison will be trying to return to the Senate anyway. She's expressed an interest in being governor of Texas......on her way to where?

I suspect that she probably will vote with Bush desires, even though the Congress.org letters are pummeling her to vote "No". However, those are from the "little people".

I think Sen Saxsby who recently spoke said he was voting No.
