Sen. Feinstein of Califorina talks in this video from C-Span about how she got 85,000 emails and calls Against the bailout, but she is still voting yes to the bailout! We should really throw her out of office, I mean vote her out!

Well, both senators from Texas voted against it, for reasons
that we could probably improve upon. However, a no vote is a no vote, regardless of the reasons. Unfortunately, without the support of the 3 GOP senators who originally voted for the stimulus, there's no way to stage an effective filibuster. Those three need to be brought back to the other side so that a cloture motion will fail.

Feinstein IS Part Of The Problem
She commented, "That is why senators have six year terms...so they can make the hard votes". What she is saying is that she doesn't have to be held accountable since she cannot be easily voted out of office. She does her will or that of the lobbyists while the common voter is simply shrugged off. I think in her case a recall would be needed and I would certainly follow it.
She and the senate held no hearings, talked to no outside economists (over 200 say it won't work; could make the problem worse) only Paulson and Barnacke who have been wrong all year. There ARE alternatives but Congress has plugged their ears and ignored the consituency.
If we do not start punishing these Congressional representatives we will continue to lose our country.
They just voted for the Patriot Act all over again.

I have no experience with this but for what its worth we may demand the following, while certainly allowing for other suggestions:
1) Overwhelming vote of no confidence in our leaders
2) We the people demand 'sound' money, not inflated fiat money
3) We demand our leaders uphold and obey our Constitution or they should be forcibly removed from office!
4) We will not take out 'infinite' loans in our great grandchildrens' names for the sake of criminal extortionists in our government!
5) We overwhelmingly nominate Dr. Ron Paul and all those elected leaders who support and understand Austrian Economics be immediately appointed to positions of Secretary of the Treasury as his advisers
People, we have to reach all those who have legal expertise on this so we can truly pull this off and learn a thing or two or three in the process!
