His site's been up for months now
It's a really lame version of what he put together back in 1992. He really doesn't have anything new to add, or a better way to say it in 16 years. He doesn't even use the medium correctly or to its potential. So much for deep pockets.
Oh, and He's for the bailout...

I never cared too much for him, but
all hands on deck. We can overlook many ideological differences in the face of the destruction of our liberty. Nader, McKinney, Perot, Ventura, we need to unite everyone to defeat the neocon/socialist beast.

he or she wasn't even born yet when Ross ran for prez in 92.
i decided right then and there that was who i was going to vote for this year.
just to f--- with them....
You don't know Ross.
You should read "Citizen Perot" by Gerald Posner. Perot has some very fine qualities, very good intentions, and mega deep pockets. He might even be good for America. But I also think he's very well capable of abusing presidential powers to see many of his ideas to fruition. It's as if he's the best guy you wish you never invited to be on your team. I even thought when the rumor was floated that some billionare was going to start buying TV infomercial time that it was probably Ross. But my impression from the book is that he views any kind of donation as an investment, with the likelyhood of injecting himself to control the process. And if it can't be controlled, he bails out. The C4L can't be controlled because its all about the grass roots and when nothing materialized I was practically positive the rumor was about him.
On the other hand, if there were ever a single entity that could persuade Congress to see reason, or at least beat them down into submission and get a no vote on this stupid bill it would be Ross Perot.
personally, if i thought
that Ross would have a snowball's chance in a hurricane to win, my vote would go far elsewhere...
...but that's not happening, is it?
with that said...
i agree with many of you that it's best to keep him at arm's length.
actually my #1 criteria for voting for president this year is the size of one's ears....
...and i couldn't stomach the thought of voting for obamamama.
