Is this the real reason behind the rushed bailout bill?

Check out this video from Karl Denninger. He says this is the real reason behind the rush, rush pass it now, now bailout bill and it has nothing to do with saving the average Joe and Jane on Main St. from bad, bad consequences if it doesn't pass.
I'm no economic whiz but it makes sense to me. What do some of you think?

That Is Not Too Far Off Base
Just think of all of the OTHER countries that are holding US dollars right now. I would be willing to bet they wish to dump the dollars back to us. Bribery and extortion is fairly common in politics so it seems.

they got other countries tied into their bad debt and now the other countries are pissed. Our credit rating sucks as it is. Imagine if the world pulls out of investments in the US because we won't make good. Just a thought. Not saying we should save their assez just saying you could see why they are in panic mode.

I definitely think it's true
After seeing the clip on Kudlow with Congressman Sherman, it becomes crystal clear that the plan has ZERO to do with strengthening our country at the top, the bottom, or in between. This is all about bailing out foreigners and making Americans pay the price.

Watching the Senate
not one offered any documented evidence why we need the bailout. They didn't not even offer any evidence of why we need the bailout or why that it would work.
