Well the first thing I would do is
look up the spelling of "disgusted" to make sure I had it right.

We are in a pickle.
I am going take charge of my life ask nothing from bankers, shop and buy local, get healthy. Be more involved locally and NEVER trust the banks or the GOVERNMENT again.
