This might be a lost cause for the night
Let him take it. He wants a fight and it is too easy for him to just pop something up like we do by bumping.
Michael can ban him in the morning and he'll just have to either give banning powers back to some of the elders, or monitor it more himself.
If you let him have his way, he will get tired and go away. He may be back occasionally, but we would need well over 200 continuous bumpers to fight him off like this.
