This happened to be the New Testament reading for our Sunday church service today. Strange coincidence given recent events.

I couldn't help but draw several parallels. Rejection of the Constitution. Rejection (and ridicule) of the Constitution's advocates.

The house of cards will collapse because of our elected leaders' stubborn arrogance and persistent rejection of our founders' wisdom.
