We don't need gas, oil OR alcohol - just water - Right Oruval?

I watched this drama bullshit unfold for quite some time. Kudo's to Oruval for at least believing in something that may seem impossible to today's standards. Jeer's to Winston for wasting bandwidth on a drama show. All I know is Hydrogen is flammable.. highly. If it can be extracted from whatever using water, 12 volts, and a medium of epson salt or whatever, and be used to burn in a car to promote gas mileage then go for it.
